Let's Coder
Problem: There is a shortage of IT professional worldwide and it is estimated that the gap between supply and demand will increase over the coming years
Solution: Bootcamps involve the disruption of traditional educational models through intensive programs to learn how to write computer codes and how to understand data.
The impact of these trainings is huge. On the one hand, you give the opportunity to people to work in highly demanded jobs in the labour market and on the other hand we help companies to find these profiles.
We are going to provide the necessary tools in training so that people at risk of exclusion have an opportunity to improve their lives.
The labour market situation in LATAM is much more worrying than in Europe or the USA and through education in technology skills could improve considerably.
The average youth unemployment rate in LAC reached the highest level since records began in the first quarter of 2021, at 23.8%.
Nowadays, we have several Bootcamps in Spain and we are changing the lives of many people.

We can train in off line and on line programs.
It is very simple. We have our own product and methodology.
Our trainings are aimed at people who want to have a job opportunity, people who want to change their life and people who want to improve their CV.
Our target group is very broad.
Traditional education does not fit the rapidly changing reality that the global world needs. Universities and others fail to meet the demand for these technological profiles.
- Offer training and flexible curriculum in hard (technical) and soft (social and interpersonal) skills, preparing people for the work of the future
I believe our solution fits exactly the challenge you are proposing.
We have experience in Spain and we have experienced how our Bootcamps students get jobs quickly and we change their lives.
Education in technical skills that are in high demand by companies is key to a better future with less unemployment.
- Growth: An organization with an established product, service, or business model rolled out in one or, ideally, several communities, which is poised for further growth.
We started our Bootcamps a year ago and we have already had 8 editions.
All members of the team have experience in education, training and Bootcamps.
We have participated in several acceleration programmes in Spain.
We want to reach more countries and people.
- A new application of an existing technology
Of course, with these trainings, the labour market can take a major turn, as is happening in the USA and Europe.
As I said before, these trainings are key to bring people closer to a labour market that does not stop asking for this type of IT profiles, and over the years this demand will grow even more.
In my point of view, technology is not always the key to success in certain types of business. I mean that in most cases it is not necessary to develop your own super technology. For that, there are many suppliers that offer very good solutions that we can take advantage of, and it is not necessary to spend money on our own development.

Our idea is to replicate our business model in other countries, it's as simple as that. Education is universal.
we will achieve them step by step. We do not want to rush but replicating the business model in other countries is simple.
