Study programmes on devices for schools.

Using a little device similar to a cell phone and peer mentoring from a school that will help with the study programme the target community will developed several projects in order to solve physical and mathematical problems related to the same project. The students in this case people from communitie will receive the instructions for the class and will see videos or the help from a teacher in the programme to reach the goals in the project. the students will learn from doing the shores, getting not only hard skills from the project but also getting the sift skills from helping their own community.

What specific problem are you solving?

The development of soft skills in communities where they think they don't need them. Extreme poverty and lack of opportunities increase the desperation, turning individuals to self abandonment at the moment they decide to to whatever they could to family survival, or self survival. This include stealing, kidnapping, drug selling, and many other illegal activities that uses violence and fear to achieve the maximum earnings. The worst in this situations is that once the individual reach an status other individuals want to participate turning into crime groups in wich the survival at all cost thinking still remains, but now in order to preserve power. One of the greater consequences is that the individuals, starts to take away opportunities for other family members to developed and finally they reach the same vicious cycle.

What is your solution?

Alongside schools, individuals, and government, we can reach communities to ask their most important needs in order to get challenges for students that will be developed on their communities. The goal is that the study programme not only takes the subjects to get the hard skills development, it will also develop the soft skills as creative thinking, work team, empathy, critical thinking and most important of all, respect and self confidence.

The uses of technology as remote assistance, and remote classes will be taken from the same devices, this devices will be served as checklist and class workbooks, mentors from other places will check the data acquired and will visit periodically the communities in order to check results, as long as the communities are evolving the visits will take longer periods in order to give more autonomy to individuals.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Through resource management and management, students will not only understand hard skills, but will also acquire the knowledge to implement their own solutions with limited resource management, but more importantly is the development of soft skills such as empathy and Respect through work in the community, individuals will understand that helping others puts them in a position to understand others who are in a worse position than them, this should trigger a development of values in individuals that can help them to develop skills that allow them to evolve in their community and that help the community evolve.

Is not enough that the government give resources, the people will have to learn to use them, and if the communitie evolves, they will produce their own in order that they won't need help anymore.

Communities and cities have changed since the COVID pandemy started, not only the fact that many jobs have been lost, also in places like Mexico, students with less than 14 years old have reached an scholar delay of 2 years, even with the effort of goverment for reaching this youngsters, this is a problem that couldn't be prevented, now is time to get advantage of technology and resources in order to give education to this yougnsters and challenges like Tprize is a way to start a research that latter can become a new way of development for this places.

What is your solution’s stage of development?

Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea.

Explain why you selected this stage of development for your solution.

Because, the development of this Idea requires multidisciplinarity not only from technological sciences, but also social sciences, There's too much need in the development of the activities that had to be taken in consideration, since the fact we are triying to developed soft skills in places where the empathy litle by litle has been decreasing not only by the pandemy effects, but also from other factors, like corruption, violence, injustece, among others.
