There is a shortage of people in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) studies and jobs. The STEM jobs are growing faster than others, yet the number of students in this field is stationary and remains too low, especially for women.
It is causing tension in the labour market and an extreme lack of diversity in STEM jobs in companies.

Creating a buzz around the online training program for parents who already work at the companies, educators and partners from the community the company is based on.

Role-model intervention in which female volunteers working in STEM go to talk to girls about their careers. We also provide activities to desmistify skills required to work in STEM.
