 My solution goes straight to the source: the problems of mediocrity in family and school education. It will also allow people to change their mindset.

We offer an education system with new methodologies that allow parents to be the key players in the education of their children where the child will have school and home as the main school. An illiterate parent will learn at the same time as their child. This program gives 100 hours of training to parents. Our program starts from the birth of the child with a reduction in the school cycle of 10 years of home education and 2 years of practical training in the chosen trade in a company, which allows the individual to start working at the end of adolescence. At that time, all workstations in absolutely all trades will have to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with at least 4 shifts per day.

This way more people will be able to work. Adults can have time to educate children. They will be able to have time to improve in their career, more time for continuing education. There will be less insecurity because we will be less unemployed and we will have a better life.

At the end of university or trade studies, most young people do not find a job for the desired trade. There are still 40-year-old adults living with parents with economic disabilities. Most often, they get married and start a family with their parents. Sometimes, they cannot even leave their parents' house to go and live independently at home. They do not receive affection from the family; having no training, they become delinquents, becoming outlaws.
Our program requires that companies operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That is, after a child is educated from birth in an environment where he is educated by his parents, where he receives family affection, where he learns to protect his environment and to plant it, he will make a young mature adult.
If the parents even the alphabet are directly involved in the child's learning, the child will be better supervised. the illiterate parent will be able to learn to read at the same time as the child and receive the same intellectual baggage from the child.

To apply it and provide training, we need funding sources. We have been applying it since 2012 in a family school that welcomes children from the age of 6 months and we want it to be extended. This program has brought positive results to children and parents who have already taken it. Young adolescents after their studies already start to work in the desired professional environment. Therefore, the schools, families and businesses that will receive this program will have to contribute to the advancement of our project so that it becomes a pilot program in a larger community.

According to our program, the child must learn the trades of his parents while growing up. Our program promotes adult literacy during the education of the little ones. This will allow millions of children who have not been to school to be educated from the family. It also allows parents to have a direct relationship with teachers.

In our program, All trades and professions count. We offer companies that provide needs and services, public offices, private or public markets to operate every day and at all hours. for example for a day, we could have rotations of positions in four. four people for one position. We don't have a very specific technology.
