2.JOBAL es una aplicación móvil que funciona como enlace entre estudiantes y profesores privados. Permitir que los alumnos de diferentes niveles encuentren distintas materias en las que necesiten reforzar sus conocimientos y programar clases particulares de forma inmediata.
JOBAL gestiona el talento humano, evaluando continuamente a todos los docentes que forman parte de nuestra plataforma, además de monitorear cada uno de los puestos de trabajo que se genera dentro de nuestra plataforma para brindar a los estudiantes un servicio de calidad y garantizado.
3. Contamos con un programa de pasantías en el que se imparten clases gratuitas a estudiantes de escasos recursos. Esto afectará la vida de millones de estudiantes en todo el mundo.
Una consecuencia de la pandemia Covid-19 es que más de 165 millones de estudiantes no pudieron asistir a la escuela en LATAM y más de 3.5 millones de estudiantes de varios niveles educativos en Ecuador necesitan o han necesitado maestros privados en el último año para comprender mejor un tema o aprender. desde el principio.

JOBAL es una aplicación móvil que uberiza los servicios de educación en el hogar, es decir, somos el vínculo entre estudiantes y profesores privados.
El proceso es sencillo (Pasos teniendo en cuenta la matrícula inicial):
1. Los alumnos acceden a la aplicación.
2. Ejercen presión sobre el nivel educativo que persiguen.
3. Buscan y seleccionan la materia que necesitan aprender.
4. Presentan un comentario adicional sobre el tema especificado a discutir y
5. Se envía la notificación a los profesores más cercanos a su ubicación que analizan la información proporcionada por el alumno.
6 El profesor acepta o rechaza la oferta.
7. Una vez que los profesores más cercanos aceptan, el alumno recibe los tres perfiles mejor cualificados para que finalmente sea el alumno quien decida que el profesor prefiere ir a su casa.
8. Decide qué maestra irá a su casa.

The need of clients is that their children (students) have the ability to pass an assessment and this is achieved by hiring qualified teachers who plan, apply current teaching methodologies and evaluate the knowledge imparted, this ensures that when the student go take the evaluation passes it.

Thanks to Jobal, more than 100 low-income students in Quito, Ecuador were able to access free private lessons with our internship program. We have developed a prototype that has several services at the moment. However, we have validated the service with the most recurrence and greatest need, which is that of the educational sector in the area of private classes.
Our business model is B2C and we currently have +1000 registered teachers, +480 evaluated and +58 who passed the selection filters and who are already teaching through the mobile application.
We have +628 registered students and +256 active users per month of these, 70% have requested a class since the application is available. In addition, we have an area of offers in which the commercial premises propose promotions of products and services so that students can also obtain discounts on the products they need.

JOBAL mainly uses mobile application technology, connects, stores or takes information directly from the cloud. Currently, mobile applications are being used by different companies as platforms to connect customers with those who can satisfy their needs. JOBAL also works by connecting students who need private lessons with teachers who can teach.
