SEMPAIGA CONSULT LIMITED is a Uganda based Start-Up company with a disruptive-type Social Networking & Cloud Storage Mobile App Product Innovation that saves a maximum of up 90% in user-cost data bandwidth and airtime expenses.  App further helps datacenters save many megawatts of electricity power used to transmit and store data.  App therefore provides tremendous , universal user-cost affordability and superior user-experience to the 3billion  people worldwide who are economically and financially disadvantaged , or otherwise marginalised communities globally to enjoy literally unlimited hours of domestic and international social networking and e-commerce services. App further helps datacenters mitigate environmental and climatic degradation because they save energy derived from fossil fuels and other non renewable energy sources used by Datacenters globally. 

The digital economy excludes over half of the world’s 7.8 billion population who are still disconnected from the web , mainly because of lack of a user-cost affordable app to use the internet for income generating activities  , social networking  , e-commerce  , e-education and e-learning services  , etc  ;  with 650 million people  in Africa still offline, and 1/3 of rural USA households with no access to broadband. This is an enormous missed opportunity .  Connecting the rest of the world could add US$7 Trillion  to the world  economy and help one billion people out of poverty. 

Building an inclusive digital economy—that affords everyone the opportunity to lead a dignified and productive life—will require access to digital services for everyone. It will also require reliable infrastructure, devices, and affordable data plans for all, particularly for those who do not have access in remote and rural areas. Our ChatPro solution aims to achieve the following  objectives below :

Once we get the required pre-seed funding  , we will launch the app on the world market in 6-months  time maximum .

ChatPro relates to more than one Challenge.  One of ChatPro functions is to provide electricity energy savings  of many megawatts of electricity to datacenters  .Datacenters pack many , many , more terabytes of data in much smaller memory storage devices which consume FAR LESS ELECTRIC POWER THAN PRESENT WAREHOUSE SIZE DATACENTERS. 

However , ChatPro main objective is to provide universal user-cost affordability and superior user- experience to billions of people worldwide who are economically and financially disadvantaged , or otherwise marginalised communities , to be able to lead a normal , profitable  , or otherwise  enhanced and productive lifestyle .

We selected the Prototype Stage  because we have designed and built ChatPro core engine data compression software algorithm.  It works very well indeed. 

We need pre-seed capital funding of US $800,000= For Final Commercial Quality Product Development and Launch phase  , to scale up the solution to achieve leverage in data transmission and storage costs when compared to existing similar apps on the market today.
