During the times of covid majority of poeple who lost their jobs were blue-collared.
1)The issues these people face is that they don't know how to market themselves for example their usual channel of clients are through word-of-mouth, while they could present a kind of display, some content and other marketing strategies which the top level guy already does. the solution was to create a community of these professionals so they learn from each other, brainstorm ideas and collectively work together work for better outcome as a collective.
2) They lack skills: One has to adapt to the times in order to be relevant in the market. So it is necessary to keep up with new innovations and changes in their field. So we are trying to bring in experts to launch their courses specifically catered for this audience, and since they learn in a cohert they can help each other out aswell.
3) A resume gives a glimpse of what the person has been through, A short detail about the person's academic and extra curricular achievements. for these workers since we know that their work is a resume in itself, We are developing personal profile where they can showcase their experience, they can showcase their journey of completing their projects. They can share this profile to any potential clients for reference.
4) The most important: This platform also allows companies to post ads of their job openings or approach a person through their profile.
The platform is currently in development stage, as it requires constant user feedback it is evolving

We are specifically trying to Solve the problem of relevance, employability, scalabilty, community support by making a platform that:
1) Where they can showcase their skills, their journey, themselves.
2) where they can learn not only their industry relevant topics but also others, meet like-minded peers working towards the goal of upskilling and growing.
3) Provides a way for them to adapt to changing times.
Our target audience currently is the blue collar workers who are currently employed or freelancing like carpenters, masons, plumbers, pest control, cooks, waiters etc.
After talking to many companies and reading various reports from MBB consulting firms we realise that the problem here is not lack of job's but rather lack of people willing to adapt themselves for the job.
This platform provides just that. The platform helps user to adapt to the times, learn the relevant skill, for example a mason can learn Solar installations and provide combine service to the customers. Similarly if there are some emerging trends or changes in their field the community can support each other and help each other to adapt to it.
We are currently inducing them in out profile product where they showcase their work, journeys, themselves.
The solution will help learn and grow.
The challenge asks us about the future of work in India and Indonesia.
Our solution is to provide a platform where people can find work, upskill, connect with community, find better opportunities for themselves and their mates. This is the future of work where anyone who wants to learn, who wants to improve their current situation can take action towards it. By giving them a place to do all this.

People believed that computer took so many jobs while the people with relevant skills still managed to stay employed. By doing this project I am trying to give people an option , to try and develop the attitude to keep themselves updated to changes happening around them. To give them a better alternative to hoping and praying by instead taking action upskilling themselves to earn it themselves.
