Fixing the root

Imagine a place where unemployment and unemployability are minimal and workers are equipped with skills to improve their jobs and adapt to changes. My project aims to make this place a reality. The future needs new methods and stability and we cannot rely on ancient methods and crumbling systems for this. I aim to set up an organization that is run by the people and is for the people and is made of the people. This organization will be profitable and the profits will be used to spread its outreach. This organization will Use Technology and will connect people who will educate about the types of jobs available and the skills required to take the job. I want this to be a community organization that encourages and actively supports the change and is free from corruption and doesn't bow down.

I aim to end unemployment and unemployability and will reach out to all communities and all genders without discrimination. I also will equip the people with skills required for their job and educate them on social skills and literacy and English skills. While doing these things I also aim to bring about the necessary change in the system and by doing so I will also eliminate barriers that restrict the journey to a better India, Indonesia.

If successful, this will help thousands of people in acquiring the necessary skills and will help them achieve their dream job and may change their financial situation or maybe even their lives. The problems which are being faced are numerous and cannot fit the amount of space given so I would like to say that the problems would end and the solution will give the people what they want. 

The challenge of unemployment, unemployability is aligned with the bringing of change. if we try to fill a sinking ship with the weight it will sink faster, hence we must repair the system while working towards the future. The problem is the system in Indonesia and India which has failed in many ways, the solution is the creation of an organization that fixes this from the root the target population is everyone as this includes both rural and urban civilians.

My solution is innovative as I feel that it benefits in many ways and this has never been done and will benefit tons of people and will change the complete system on which our society functions on.

If it works i want to gradually decrease the unemployed and bring change, I will be achieving them by using this plan of action which will immediately take affect if this idea is successful. 

I will measure the progress which will be achieved by talking to the people, seeing statistics and seeing how much has changed on the ground.
