Transformation into human resources
I think if the people of any country can be transformed into human resources, it is possible to take a place in the world market along with the socio-economic development of that country. China, the world's most populous country, is followed by India, another large country in South Asia. The main weapon of this South Asian country is its people. It is possible to transform the people of any country from ordinary people to human resources through education as well as technical and technical education.
- Equip existing workers in India and Indonesia with country-appropriate and culturally-relevant digital literacy skills and vocational training opportunities
- My solution is being deployed or has plans to deploy in India
India is the largest country in South Asia. India is the second most populous country in the world in terms of population as they have more influence than any other country in the world. Although they participate in all development activities in the world starting from medical science, they cannot develop their main resource human resources. We know that trained manpower is not unemployed. If this South Asian country can transform its population into human resources by ensuring primary education as well as increasing technical education opportunities, it will be able to move faster towards prosperity than any other country in the world.
If you take technical education, you can get quick action. India, the largest country in South Asia, has a skyrocketing poverty rate. Poverty is one of the obstacles to development of a nation. If the people of the country, whether they are in the country or abroad, get the opportunity to work properly, then they are not a burden for the country. The more educated the people of a country, the more socio-economic development of that country. If there is technical skill, every person can help in the development of the country with his skills sitting at home. In the modern world, there is no alternative to technical education. I don't think any nation can prosper without technical education in today's world thanks to information technology. Through technical education, they will be able to transform the population of the country into human resources. Poverty rate will be reduced and they will also play a role in the socio-economic development of the country.
The plan adopted is not just imaginary. China, one of the world's ten largest populations, has raised its head to the top of the world today by transforming its population into human resources. Although India is much smaller in size than the neighboring friendly country of India, they are one of the largest in the world in terms of population. By using the people of Bangladesh in the garment industry, they have also taken place in the world market today. Therefore, the population is not a neglected citizen, they are also the country's resources, the main thing is to turn them into human resources.

Human resources are one of the resources required for the socio-economic development of a country. The role of skilled human resources is particularly important in accelerating, sustaining and sustaining economic growth. Because development is for human beings and human beings are the essential regulators of development. Human beings are at the root of development. Therefore, people have to contribute in rural development, natural resource development, agricultural development, industrial development etc. and people will bring development. Therefore, no matter what kind of material resources and potentials there are in the country, we will be deprived of this service till people are able to acquire and use these resources. So the population of the country has to be turned into human resources. Human resource development makes a significant contribution to the social, economic, political and cultural development of the people. At present the population of any country is considered to be the most important asset of that country. Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Netherlands, countries with limited land and natural resources, have proved that the economic growth and overall development of a country depends on the skills, hard work and initiative of the people. So it can be said that development is actually done by human beings. Although inexhaustible natural resources are important, they are not necessarily necessary or sufficient for sustainable development. Insufficiency of resources is not an insurmountable obstacle to rapid development.
The main activity of the solution is technical education. Be able to earn a living through technical education or training. An underage disabled person seems to be a burden to the family, society and the country but if they can be utilized through technical education or training then on the one hand the poverty rate in the country will be reduced and on the other hand it will contribute to the socio-economic development of the country. Because we know that poverty is an obstacle to all development.
