The world continues to move at a fast pace and digitalization has become part of the pace. And the pandemic has revealed what the future of work will be --digitized.
In India, only 25% of people in the rural area are digitally literate, while the rural population make 72.2% of the entire population. Here lies the crucial problem in India.
As an OEM licensed company that manufactures both its devices (laptops and tablets) and creates infrastructure around digital technology especially in education, we aim to use our devices and infrastructure to foster a digital workforce.
This solution is one that will help bridge the digital divide, provide people an alternative means of earning and open people especially those in rural communities access to learning and information.
Our solution is aimed at tackling the problem of accessibility to devices, resources and connectivity.
In India, only 25% of people in the rural area are digitally literate, while the rural population make 72.2% of the entire population. Here lies the crucial problem in India.
We will provide devices (laptops and tablet) for youth living in rural areas so they can have access to using technology.
With the use of the c3 microcloud, workers and youth in these rural communities will be taught on how to use them so they can access learning content(resources) without the internet.
Our solution is garnered towards increasing access to internet contents using little to no internet. Our solution is a two-package solution that includes the use of c3 micro-cloud server and digital educational devices. the c3 is an offline content distribution network that provides an unlimited range of learning resources to over 300 people at the same time.
Hope: This one of the cornerstones of this initiative. Many of these youth, have their imaginations limited to what is obtainable in their immediate environment. However, giving them tools that will enable them to experience education and increase level of employment from a superior perspective will aid open their imagination to possibilities not restricted by their social and economic conditions –thereby creating and instilling in them the zeal to succeed. By bringing this type of education, exposure and accessibility supported by our devices, they can dream of the greatest possibilities of their lives.
Reduce the Educational Discrepancies: If digital learning remains exclusive to the people at the high echelons and means are not found to enable such learning to trickle down to rural and vulnerable communities, then the country will not only face greater discrepancies in literacy level but also an increase in the already existing digital divide. And one of the aims of this initiative is to stop that from happening to prevent our educational system from worsening.
Inclusivity: This project aims to uplift everyone especially youths, regardless of their background into the era of digitalization and digital learning.
Familiarity with Digital Tools: To foster internet and device usage familiarity among especially for school children at a young age thereby giving them one of the important tools to survive in today’s world.
Wider Resources: With our devices, people will have access to a wide range of learning materials to enhance better.
If digital learning remains exclusive to the people at the high echelons and means are not found to enable such learning to trickle down to rural and vulnerable communities to foster employment, then the country will not only face greater discrepancies in literacy level but also an increase in the already existing digital divide.

- I am planning to expand my solution to one or more of these ServiceNow locations
We plan to do a competitive analysis, vetting our social impact offerings and operations against industry competition in the new market.
We plan to do a market analysis, researching the health and landscape of the new target market. Thorough market analysis includes market size and growth potential, consumer bases, consumer attitudes, market channel research, market investment analysis, state of the economy, and more.
Our strategy, including brand positioning, marketing channels, product or service delivery, marketing KPIs, marketing programs, and even pricing evaluations based on the new market’s economic environment.
We will have localized infrastructure plan, outlining the need, desire, and methods to build a compliant local and regional presence. Infrastructure plans will include hiring international employees and executives, finding local partners, determining legal, regulator, and tax statuses, and positioning a physical facility or base if necessary.
A top-down budget, beginning with six to twelve months of dedicated launch resources aligned with your overall social impact plan. Expand that budget to account for at least three years of continual expansion support, with budget-based KPIs tracked every month.
A timeline, with feasible, yet competitive, commitment dates to map the entire expansion around. Ensure that timeline syncs with existing social impact initiatives and objectives.
- Pilot: An organization deploying a tested product, service, or business model in at least one community.

We plan to have scaled in the coming years and have been able to establish various device OEM companies across rural areas in India. We also plan to have a working relationship with the Indian government that would allow for the ease of doing business and creating impact. By this time, we believe that every community will have had access to the C3 micro cloud (school version) to enable them access any type of connect for their personal and employability growth. From now to five years and even beyond that, we will continually launch advocacy programes that will reduce ignorance, myth surrounding the digital literacy so people in the remotest of areas can both have access and feel safe to hop on the digital revolution the world is going through.
We also believe that in 5 years our devices will be in the hand of at least 300 million rural people, especially youth, so they can both understand the quality of remote and access opportunities beyond the shore of India.
We will decide on the framework gives to give structure within which our targets can be set to measure the performance of the project. In our case, it will be the targets of Sustainable Development Goal 8 and 9.
Using our framework and the scope of our program, we will determine our outputs. Our output will be the bedrock of determining what the outcome (long term) will be. For instance, it will be greatly determined by the number of people able to use devices to work or learn. The number of people that generally have access to those devices and their growing expertise. The reliance of people on digital tools and infrastructure and how it has increased efficiency both employees and the organizations they work for.
