Enhance

I am applying for this because, first I strongly believe that this project would impact people very deeply. It consists about education, and developping entrepreneurial skills for people, with my online platform. 

It is a kind of e-learning platform, which works with a Chatbot in Messenger. WHY? Because I think that it is the best tool to use, because it is more accessible, and less expensive in terms of date use. Where I live, people use Messenger and Facebook, more often than other platform on the Internet. 

If selected, this PRIZE would help me to spread this project all over Africa, in order to be more impactful. We will transform people into great entrepreneurs. With a good background in terms of education with the business world. Because everyone cannot have the privilege to study this. So why don't we make this kind of education more easier ? and more accessible? 

Also, this prize would help me to set up a better platform, in order to make the virtual experience better.

I'm Gaëlle. In 2019, I had the greatest idea that I want to transform people into entrepreneurs. I started to act locally, with the incubator where I worked for. It was a personal victory for me, because I helped youth a lot. Unexpectedly, the place where I worked, changed his vision, and couldn't no longer work with me, with this activity. So, I decided to continue and to make this dream come true by myself, with their consent. So I created ENHANCE. 

I started to do creative workshops, for students, in order to help them to find the greatest idea for themselves. Unfortunately, the pandemic of coronavirus, didn't help me a lot. I had to cancelled face-to-face workshops, and I had another idea : WHY DON'T WE CREATE AN E-LEARNING PLATFORM, with Messenger ? 

Thus, now I decided to combine my two purposes : transforming people into entrepreneurs and setting up an online platform, more accessible, more intuitive, and easy to use. 

The prototype already work, and I am going to lauch it this month. Also, Mesenger is easier because, where I live, it is the cheapest social media for everyone, and it is the most popular too. 

At the moment, two main problems are very relevant to solve. The access to a better education, and how to survive. 

My purpose is to transform these problems into opportunities.

In 2020, because of the COVID-19, the number of Facebook users, increased to 2.8 millions in Madagascar. 

Schools and some universities, are closed. And online learning platforms are only for the higher classes. Internet is still a privilege, but Messenger and Messenger, becomes for everybody who posseses a smartphone. 

This is the first opportunity I want to explore, to make my vision come true. 

Secondly, a great entrepreneurial intention was observed among students, but only 2 - 5% of them take to action. 

This is why I put set up the online platform of Enhance, that works whith a Chatbot, to make entrepreneurial trainings, and education, easier to use, and for almost everyone. So that, people can learn by themselves and FOR FREE. 

The viability is based on corporate sponsorship. By making the platform more accessible, we can gain a certain audience. This audience will then be an opportunity for companies to be more visible by sponsoring our project.

This project is the first e-learning platform on Messenger. People usually use MOOC with EdX, Coursera, and so on. But it uses Messenger, and a Chatbot to educate people. It is self-paced, and people can use whenever they want to. 

The second innovation, is for the entrepreneurial education. I am the first person, in Madagascar, that have created a project which is to help people to find entrepreneurial ideas. General, people go to incubators, and organizations like that, because they have an idea to implement. With this project, they come to us, because they want to become entrepreneurs, but they don't know what to do. 

WE IMPACT ON HUMANITY

- We offer another possibility to have another way of thinking, and to accompany people to create value, and to make the economy grow. 

- We make the education more fair : a large number of people can acess to online platforms easily. 

- By developing the entrepreneurial spirit of people, we are opening them up to other possibilities. Those who have difficulty finding a job can get into entrepreneurship.

- We Enhance people with education for free.
