I am the creator, designer, innovator, and pioneer of the most inspiring digital innovations “Digital Geographical Access and Information Management System (DGAIMS)” for HIV/AIDS during the COVID19 and beyond to play both role task and connect to connect the quality health seekers to the quality health care provider to celebrate my this innovation with rest of the world and inspire the relevant people and organization to apply and replicate this digital innovation in their countries and communities to access and benefit more deserving people they are lifted behind as well as showcasing my innovation globally to give me more power and encouragement for further replication and scaling up. We will use the Elevate Prize funding and support for the sustainability and maintenance of the DGAIMS in the long terms with adding the new features and areas in DGAIMS, promotion of DGAIMS accessing too more people through developing of DGAIMS promo and commercial, uploading it in YAD social media channels, show in cinematic sessions through 3D Enlarged Screen Smart Mobile Phone Mini Cinema and Cinema in Van, a mobile van cinema with multimedia projectors, sound systems with all devices in communities of key population and travel to remote outreach areas. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nongov.yadngo&hl=en 

I am CJ-Change Jokey, social development and innovative performers, creator, innovators, designer, implementers, and convertors, and activists, having a double master degree, founder and CEO of Youth Association for Development working in change, development, empowerment, partnership, engagement, transform, innovation, solutions and social development filed from 1999 in grass remote areas of Pakistan, my vision is 4Is (Innovation +Integration+ Influence+ Impact) I have achieved and achieving this 4Is through  A. Innovation: through pioneering innovative development approaches which can be delivered locally replicate internationally. B. Integration of my efforts, from my work in the field to influencing at demand and supply, policy level, is central to my effectiveness. C. Influence: through influencing pro-poor policies and actions at national and international level and D. Impact: through the scale and quality of my own and my partners’ program work which currently impacts, directly and indirectly, on the lives of some one million people. The UN estimates that the country of more than 207 million people currently has 150,000 HIV cases. More than 6,000 people are thought to have died of AIDS so far in the predominantly Muslim country. With an estimated 20,000 new infections each year, Pakistan has one of the worst HIV infection rates in South Asia. HIV/AIDS and  people living with HIV/AIDS in Pakistan remains a heavily stigmatized issue, It’s not easy to talk about HIV/AIDS but  key population have an unmet need for access to care, treatment, testing, counseling, preventions, behaviors change, information quality of lives, sexual health and HIV prevention education, access to basic health services including testing, mental health, well-being, counseling, vocational training, health services  life skills education, friendly spaces, comprehensive sexuality education, human rights, free from stigma and discrimination, to live with dignity, honor and respect with secured secrecy and privacy rights through this digital innovation DGAIMS improving online access through technologies integrations to quality health care services with increasing demand and supply through integrated mix approach, first point of contact,  respond, link, guidance, treatment, counseling, referral,  support, access, actions, facilitation, engagement, services, networking engagement local volunteers, youth, communities, qualified quality health care providers, doorstep reach. 

The new approach and unique work is the digital innovation DGAIMS is easy and quick access to quality health care provider/services without any prejudices, biases, stigma, discrimination, barriers, and challenges with quick referring, linking, responding, reaching, access, real-time reaching, networking, care, treatment, prevention, screening, counseling, testing, diagnosing and preventing that reduced the gaps of access between the quality health care seekers to the quality health care providers with ensured secrecy and privacy rights. The DGAIMS is an Android Based application, a device for both tasks & to connect quality health care seekers to the quality health care providers with & between providers to provide access, geography, location, information, contacts, services, referral, linkages mapping, data & follow up. We have developed the DGAIMS Access to Quality Health & Life and also uploading, submitting, and managing the information through an app on the App Store/play store, to connect quality healthcare seekers to the quality healthcare providers on the web, easily downloadable in smartphone with a mechanism to ensured quality health of PLWHA, Key population, youth, transgenders, vulnerable population, and high risky behaviors access in their hand, in smartphones that ensured the relevant health care providers reach out at every doorstep.

Our impact on humanity is we are working in remote, excluded, grassroots and  marginalized areas, we are upbringing human rights, women rights, minorities rights, diversity, resilience, inclusions, citizenships, civic educations, activism with women & youth empowerment, targeting gender discrimination, building peace and interfaith harmony, reducing barriers to access quality health & life, HIV/AIDS, raising SRHR, ending early & forced marriages and other stigmatized issues effectively through creativity, integrations, designing, inventing, technology, solutions, impact, innovation and influence, our steps are innovations, partnerships, engagement, youth activism & empowerment, awareness raising & legislative development, collaborations and actions with advocacy and development education an integral part of our work, continues to have an on-the-ground presence to monitor and learn from our programmes and to engage with our partners, seeking opportunities for greater engagement of constituents, international effort to achieve, monitor and localized the SDGs.  This involves ensuring that our organizational programs contribute to the attainment of the indicators set out in the SDGs, and, through our advocacy, seeking to ensure that the country meets its SDGs obligations to increase investment, creations, innovation, and solutions on eradicating poverty, ensuring gender equality, reducing inequalities, promoting humanity, humanitarian, human rights, health, education, and economic development, etc.
