I believe that our company is worth the Elevate Prize. And if selected a winner we would use the the Elevate Prize to to bring our solution to the US market, namely to go through all the regulatory issues (510(k) clearance). We at Cardiomo would like to have an opportunity to bring to the market the cost-effective solution for patients monitoring outside of hospital settings to change patient care with our breakthrough solution and to expand to many clinical areas beyond cardiology.
I'm an inspiring entrepreneur with a passion for digital health, innovation and technology. At Cardiomo's we work to save lives by making technology more affordable and data more insightful. I have a vision to change patient care with our breakthrough solution and to expand to many clinical areas beyond cardiology.

As the global population pushes past 7 billion and more people reach old age, the number of deaths from cardiovascular diseases is on the rise. Cardiovascular diseases, the leading cause of premature death in the world, include heart attacks and strokes, account for greater share of chronic diseases globally.
Most morbidity and mortality in cardiac patients caused due to late diagnostics. The risk of more expensive treatment at later stages of CVD is increasing and additional costs arise for the government and insurance companies.
In the health care system, there are a medical staff shortages, resource constraint for remote monitoring, lack of screening devices for mid-term and long-term cardiac monitoring.
We provide fully formed AI-based solution that meets medical requirements for long term, convenient monitoring The solution consists of wearable patch and cloud-based analytic platform and provides early detection of arrhythmias.
Solution monitors patient vitals (ECG, BPM, respiration rate, temperature, body position), analyzes the data and predicts critical cases in real-time as well as provides additional relevant information to patient, family members and healthcare professionals. Our technology allows healthcare providers to monitor disease and symptom progression remotely and then engage with patients virtually to modify care plans.
Our solution is based on deep tech - Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based platform that runs on 5 neural networks services all connected Cardiomo wearables and provides individual scores, levels, and outcomes to the individual patients. The platform can also make cohort analysis to improve the program’s effectiveness. Proprietary Neural Network (series of algorithms) detects: QRST complex and Artefacts, 11 types of arrhythmias, HRV (both Time-Domain and Geometric methods), Tension/Relaxation Level (based on HRV), Body position, Activity, Sleep, Falls.
We have unique, ready-to-use, hardware and software solution for real time monitoring of patient vitals and detect arrhythmias and other cardiovascular abnormalities. Cardiomo makes diagnostics convenient, accurate, and much more affordable. Thanks to continuous monitoring, the system can analyze patient’s ECG and vitals in real time and give recommendations, at the same time engaging patient into the process of diagnosis and treatment.
For patients who got tested positive for COVID-19, seniors, patients with CVD and related diseases, home-based monitoring can help reduce the risk of transmission and can target the provision of hospital-based care on a timely basis, should the need arise. With a growing hospital bed shortage, remote monitoring can free up valuable and critical hospital resources to treat the most critical cases.
With social distancing in place, even after all restrictions will be removed, the patient ecosystem will never be the same. Healthcare professionals and especially payers will realize the need and value of remote patient monitoring and separating high-risk patients based on individual factors, rather than general criteria. We have ready-to-use solution for that, which could be scaled from cardiology to other therapeutic areas.
