Disability is the largest minority in the world and yet it is the under represented and underserved in the media.
I founded C Talent when I lost a job in the entertainment industry because of my disability.
- C Talent represents high profile deaf and disabled artists and athletes
- Provides disability inclusion and access consulting for major companies such as Virgin Media, NBC, DDBO, and LEGO.
- We are also in the planning permission to build the worlds first fully accessible film studio
We are normalizing people with disabilities being experts in subjects beyond disability. We are showing businesses how they can tap in this untapped trillion dollar market by being accessible and equitable.
The funds would allow us to grow our team of Disabled Talent Managers to represent between 15 and 25 disabled clients each, making a huge impact. With $300,000 we could hire 31 managers within the first year. Currently we have 6 managers and have placed hundreds of artists in thousands of roles impacting millions of audience members.
C Talent was born out of the hardest experiences of my life.
I was admitted to the hospital for what must have been somewhere near the hundredths time, I was depressed and had no purpose. Before I fell sick I was training to be a dancer and without the ability to dance I felt as though everything had been taken away from me.
That stay in hospital was different from the times previous, someone told me ‘if in doubt, give’, so I started an intern job at a Talent Agency, I started representing my friends who were still dancing and I was giving them the opportunities I was craving, it gave me an insight into what it was like to be apart of something larger than me. I was tired of yo-yoing from hospital to the office and back, so started my own talent agency...
I noticed the dire lack of representation of people with disabilities in the entertainment industry and I lost a job because of my disability, so I turned what I had learned placing my friends in job opportunities into a fully-fledged business which is now called C Talent.

Diversity is a seat at the table, but what if you can't access the door to get to that table?
That is why we are creating a new approach to inclusion, showing businesses that if they don't implement disability inclusion or accessibility it is like saying they don't want the business of every fourth person that walks through their door.
UTA, CAA represent George Clooney, Brad Pit, Nicole Kidman and others. C Talent is representing the disabled equivalent and changing the face of disability in mainstream media.
C Talent is proud to represent artists such as CJ Jones, who has worked on films such as “Baby Driver” (2017) and the “Avatar” franchise, TikTok Influencer Anastasia Pagonis who is a record-breaking Paralympic swimmer on Team USA, Marsha Elle who was a Playboy cover model, Kurt Yaeger who is widely recognized for his role in “Sons of Anarchy,” …And many more!
C Talent has spoken about Disability Inclusion for companies including Google, The Portland Film Festival, NBC, India Ability Summit, Toronto International, Cannes Film Festival among others. Keely was the guest speaker at Virgin Media’s Ultraviolet event. C Talent has consulted included Virgin Media, Adam&EveDDB, The National Lottery, NBC, LEGO, and more.

C Talent is founded by Keely Cat-Wells an Entrepreneur and Disability Activist dedicated to making social, systematic, and economic change. Keely founded her first company at a young age during her time in hospital which developed into C Talent. C Talent represents d/Deaf and Disabled artists and athletes globally with the goal of normalizing people with disabilities being experts in subjects beyond disability. C Talent also provides disability inclusion consulting for companies including those on the Fortune 500 list. Keely recently founded Zetta Studios which is set to be a fully accessible film studio.
We are different because we are a for-profit, whilst most of the disability inclusion efforts are non-for-profit (which is SO needed) we have a different approach... We believe disability should not always be looked at as charity. We are creating wealth for those with disabilities and showing businesses the true value disabled people bring.

We are disrupting the entertainment industry and in-turn society but educating employers, sourcing talent, and shifting perspectives.
We are specialists in access, inclusion, diversity, equity, and the entertainment industry. Our decisions consist of authenticity and our work is based on the four pillars of access; cognitive, communication, physical and sensory. We structure a customizable and efficient method to enhance your organization and ensure that the mission of true inclusion is met with integrity.
Disability is the largest minority group in the world, and yet it is the most underserved and underrepresented. If one does not design for accessibility it is like saying every fifth person who walks through the door that you don’t want there business.
