Me and my team needs seed capital to launch manufacturing plant where we will design, prototype testing and export ELCA Brand electric cars and batteries for them. Further my team has developed a unique  processing technology to convert ordinary graphite into conductive graphite. This will revolutionize the energy sector by having much more longer lasting battery power.

So the prize money and other support will be used as the startup capital.

Sri Lanka has the worlds best graphite and currently it is being exported without adding value.

I discovered my innate passion for games in 2006. The first ever board game was Ditte’. It was a result of over flowing of ideas in to my tacit domain when I wanted to author a book on attitudes. The game experience completed my extended expression. It won a presidential award after my commercializing it and sold more than ten thousand copies. There after I was hungry for newer experiences. So I jumped from industry

to industry in search of new knowledge that helps game development. Somewhere down the line I started my virtual entity “Capsized Marketing School of Thought” and started Entrepreneurship coaching to next generations of business people.  The process made me a mentor, natural leader and a master of marketing and business philosophy. That is how colleagues describe me.
Personally, I would describe myself as ambitious visionary who works hard to achieve my goals.
 
As a game designer I had been studying complex operations, find the patterns, and figure out ways to simplify I had been hands-on detail freak, driven to learn every element of your operations down to the lowest level of detail? The reason was game building games gave me the unlimited opportunity to imagine.
My handicap without paper qualifications the games designing hobby converted me to be a visiting lecturer at leading business schools. That gave me the preference to enjoy the development in students, who came up with different business scenarios. It says that best way to learn is teach solving problems.

In my attempt to identify the core values system Dasa Raja Dharma is found in the folklore. It is about Leadership for laymen. To avoid any unnecessary argument I preferred to call them “Ten fundamental qualities of Leadership”. I have presented it as a synopsis so that the reader can apply it to his or her life irrespective of age. Sutras we find in Dhamma are also synopses. And I have copied the technique.

The life itself is full of learning experiences. So these above mentioned concept-perception agreements and disagreements drive us to many moods.

These moods affect our leadership practice. Over a period of time some of the moods can become habits.

Such habits are called "attitudes"

In our process of learning through various educational and professional institutions and through on-the-job training processes, we come to acquire certain perceptions and certain skills about leadership, and how to attain objectives.

Attitude Management

Attitude Management is important because it has a very direct bearing on our intelligence and emotions. It is common knowledge that we are relatively less intelligent when we are angry. We are also less aware of the surrounding when we are over joyous. It is not possible to see the true nature of things when we are with a low level of awareness. The leaders must see the truth in managing their attitudes as leaders must achieve their goals.

Therefore a leader must acquire, develop and make much use of some fundamental leadership qualities.

Ten fundamental leadership qualities

You, hold a particular attitudinal structure in this very moment. You read this book within that frame of mind. When you keep on reading about these ten qualities you would realize that you already possess some of them. You will also realize that "it would have been great if you had" some qualities out of the ten.

In the case of another reader, having an attitudinal frame of his own, he would also experience the same, when he goes through details of the qualities. But he may opt to choose not the very same qualities out of the ten as” what he already possesses" and as "it would have been great to have".

Therefore the importance of each of these ten fundamental leadership qualities seemed vary from person to person. we have no escape without acquiring these qualities since each one of us are an individual leader in our own capacity. And we all seek effectiveness in some level.
