Being out of the box, coming from a land of lack of opportunities where we are compelled to reinvent the wheel I can prove myself, what money can not buy!

The first ever board game was Ditte’. It was a result of over flowing of ideas in to my tacit domain when I wanted to author a book on attitudes. The game experience completed my extended expression.  It won a presidential award after my commercializing. There after I was hungry for newer experiences. 

Even now I'm ready to take on new adventures in my own professional career, amalgamating 30+ years of knowledge, blended with right attitudes, skills and habits.  

As a game designer I had been studying complex operations, find the patterns, and figure out ways to simplify I had been hands-on detail freak, driven to learn every element of your operations down to the lowest level of detail? The reason was game building  gave me the unlimited opportunity to imagine.

I defined entrepreneur as the one who has the habit of managing the little know how he has well; a start up as the entity that is founded by a visionary who thinks that soon it will be a viable model to create value.

I always wait until someone assigns me to go to the next challenge.

3. CUT DOWN HIGH COST OF ENERGY

How are you addressing the problem?

• ALREADY DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED AN ELECTRIC CAR CALLED ELCA

We propose electrically rechargeable zero emission electric vehicle with improved rechargeable Zinc-Air battery system. Body, chassis and other electronics components are designed and manufactured in Sri Lanka and nearly 60% of the vehicle used Sri Lankan technology and materials. An Electric Vehicle doesn't need any of the fuel and it is the best answer for the fuel crises. The other advantages are no air pollution, less noise and less maintenance.

• NOW WE ARE SEEKING VENTURE CAPITAL TO COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION OF ELCA

• DESIGNED A NEW PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF LITHIUM ION BATTERIES. 
  1. Conductive materials are the most expensive materials that use for energy storage technology. Therefore, we have developed cost effective and high efficiency conductive materials for both anode and cathode.
  2. Using  a special processing technology we can produce magnetic graphite, super conductive graphite and graphene.
  3. Conductive materials are playing significant role for reducing internal resistance of the battery and increase the power density.

2. PLANNING PROCESS IS GENERALIZED AS FOLLOWS. The five “P”s of planning starts with the Purpose (පරමාර්ථ)  . Then it goes into an in-depth study of the Philosophy (දර්ෂණවාද)  that governs the values of the whole society and the beneficiaries if it is advocacy/ Activity, or the values of stakeholders if it is a commercial activity. Then Presuppositions (උපකල්පන) of the planners,i.e. what the planners consider as the most effective techniques that can be employed to achieve the above purpose, must be chosen. Policies (ප්‍රතිපත්ති)  of the organization would hint the planners on “do s & don’t s” so the planners can begin their Planning (සෑලසුම්).

DELEGATING RESPONSIBILITY-What is delegation? Delegation is when managers use their line and staff authority to assign tasks with responsibility to others in their workplace, such as their direct reports or co-workers. Delegating tasks is important because the higher-level strategic planning you're responsible for takes time and energy.

We follow Buddhist philosophy. We believe that gods are aliens. we believe man cannot overpower nature because he is part of it. It is like you can not create or destroy energy.
