It is not possible for everyone to study at MIT, Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge etc. It is not possible for everyone to work for Google, Facebook, Microsoft or Amazon etc. But every developing country has a substantial number of people who are studying in the top universities or working for the top companies. They visit their home countries quite a few times. Sometimes they have some leisure and want to serve their country with their knowledge, experience & expertise.

SHARE would be a platform, where the foreign experts, scholars and students can share their available date, amount of available time for their desired service (teaching, training, consulting, one-to-one mentoring) in both voluntary and professional set-up when they are in the home country. Educational, government and business organizations would invite or hire those experts for their own development according to the convenience.

In every single districts of the every single developing countries has at least 1 people who is either studying at one of the top 100 universities of the world or a top company. We want to make their time productive, at the same time help the rest of the community enlightened.

*The first and foremost thing that makes our solution innovative is that it's a completely original idea on our behalf. The idea of creating a link between the ones who need the help and the ones who are willing to help is what makes this solution innovative.

We believe in simplicity. The experts would upload their sector of expertise, available time in a country, mode of service. On the other hand the educational, business, government and development organizations would would select their country and key-word (example leadership, counselling regarding higher education). They would get notification according to their location and key-words.

All of our team-mates have multiple national awards in various competitions. 3 of our team-members are at South Korea, Germany & France. So, it is easy to reach foreign delegates. I am the founder of Life Is Very easy and the Ideator of SHARE. Worked and attended various international program as a speaker at China, UK, Malaysia, India and so on. Worked with top companies as a soft-skills trainer. 

We are seeking for government funding, as government have substantial fund in the field of human resource. On a second level, upon popularity, their would be nominal subscription fee for the service from the both end.

No matter we win this, we want to find our loopholes. We thing solve would help us to find our area of improvement.
