JOBS FOR ALL PROJECT ENGINEERS / urban uplifting initiative

Elevate Prize is a big opportunity and gateway for me and my team as young entrepreneurs to help solve the unemployment rate  which has been a long overdue situation in my country.The government has failed most of the youth by not being able to provide job opportunities, but my team and I have over the years employed people from these areas and helping them to achieve their future goals .

One of the innovative idea that we implemented is the irrigation/organic farming project which  was started 2018 with 10 workers  and currently employed over 30 workers and still have room for about 200 workers or more but the organisation goal is to build more farming project in all the regions of the country and neighboring countries as well. Another is the BUILDING AND SHELTER FOR ALL project that we also started in 2018 which have also help to improve the developmental standard in this locals. 

This is also another project undertaken by my team and I, since affording quality accommodation in the urban areas is very expensive for  all low income earners. It is my goal to extend this wonderful project and create more to all other urban areas of our country if selected as a winner for the elevate prize.

JOBS FOR ALL is a joint organisation started from 2014 founded by Sir Enoch Ademan with a vision of solving humanitarian problems and creating more jobs for all. Within this few years, the organisation have been extremely innovative in creating ideas to improve the standard of living in most needy communities in the country.

We have also build more infrastructure projects for poor farmers and also provided agriculture education, equipment and organic fertilizers to increase quality production of food crops supply for the market and we project to extend this idea to all regions of the country and beyond in the next 5 years to be a top organisation in Africa championing this projects.

Another goal of this organisation is also housing and shelter for all. This have been a major problem in our country and together with the team have been  able to assist and improve upon lives of people who can not afford. The dream of this organisation is to extend this opportunity to neighboring African countries and improve other existing projects.

Moreover, more than 60 people from different parts of the country have benefited from this wonderful innovative opportunity and the team is working very hard to attract more investors to expand the capital of the organisation.       

JOBS FOR ALL organisation have creative individuals with skills and talent who are impacting knowledge required in order to solve major societal problems in Agriculture, Housing etc.

We have been able to recruit 30 employees working on a 400 acres of farmland and also assist other farmers in their production. The organisation housing facility currently have rooms for accommodation of staffs. We also grow different varieties of vegetable crops and other crops using our organic fertilizers and sophisticated machines to produce less affordable quality crops for market supply.

Furthermore, the organisation through all these wonderful innovative ideas is increasing employment in different sectors of the society. More than 50% of the country's population are unemployed. Our main goal is to establish a well organized institution to assist firstly the unemployed and secondly the less privileged across the globe. With the level of achievement so far we believe that our JOBS FOR ALL projects which consist of Irrigation/Organic Farming and Affordable Housing for the less privileged will solve this societal problems.

Through this initiative our Irrigation/Organic farming is producing quality food crops devoided of inorganic fertilizers and chemicals for the local market. We are hoping to expand our yield to meet the market demand.

Every organisations success depend on the staff who works within, the ideas that they can bring to the table and their ability to have a positive impact on the company’s work. JOBS FOR ALL PROJECT have numerous employees with the required skills, knowledge and talent suitable for the job. Being Innovative and Creative is always the hallmark of our organisation.

The idea of using organic fertilizers/manure for our Organic/Irrigation farming project to produce food crops makes our organisation cost efficient and quality. In relation to the aim to solve  major societal problems like Genetic Modified Food (G.M.O.) which is modern day killer in our new normal era we have come up with a creative and innovative team who have experience and expertise in sectors of agriculture etc.

JOBS FOR ALL PROJECT introduction of the Irrigation/Organic farming project is something not common in our society and makes it unique among all competitors. The organisation looking at our previous great works done is working towards expanding this wonderful projects to all parts of the country and neighboring countries in the near future by creating   projects like this to solve major societal problems and also improve on existing ones to meet the technological trend globally. 

JOBS FOR ALL PROJECT have more impacts on the lives of numerous people in our society and hoping to extend this opportunity globally in the near future.Without people, business cannot exist. Consumers buy products that maintain or increase their welfare. Employees work for companies by adding value using their knowledge and skills, with companies supporting their livelihoods in return. We believe that organisations should be able to give back to the society, therefore by creating project like building affordable houses for the less privileged who do not have shelter in our communities. Since we started this initiative we have been able to provide shelter for about 20 people and we are looking forward to expand this projects by soliciting investors for financial support.

Another Impact on humanity made by the organisation is creating employment for the youth in our society who are ready to work. This also a major problem in our society and our organisation is putting in measures to curb these situation. Our Irrigation/Organic Farming is one of the project having a great impact on our society. By reducing unemployment, we have employed about 30 people in these sector of our organisation and we are hoping to expand our capital and labour to meet current market trends and demand.
