My well-being training audio products help youths learn how to focus more, stress less, and motivate themselves.
1. What is the problem that you are committed to solving?
Helping youths in high schools who're preparing for the IB Diploma exams who's increasing lack of focus, heavy dependence on teachers or tutors to motivate them to keep going, and high stress levels, is leading to procrastination, anxiety or panic attacks in tests or exams, and relationship challenges with teachers and parents.
There is also a rise of IB Diploma students seeking private tutoring in the last 10 years, globally.
My solution is one of empowering students with the emotional and mental clarity tools they need to face the challenge of the IB Diploma more independently and confident manner that is in line with the IB's mission of developing lifelong learners.
2. What is the solution you are proposing?
Audio download products (currently in the prototypes phase, ready to be piloted, as of November 2018) that help the development of a student's emotional skills and relationship skills, so that they can focus more, stress less and motivate themselves in their studies and life goals.
3. How will your solution change the world?
It already is! I've got a 100% success rate in teaching the tools, success mindset attitudes, and principles that I'm now looking to record in audio product format, so that I can scale the impact of my work to help more youths than I ever could by continuing to simply offer 1-to-1 and group-level support. The world would be a happier place, with youths who've got a more authentic, self-reliant type of confidence, based on a more mature level of emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, and well-being skills. This in turn allows youths to access the higher-order thinking skills they need to achieve ambitious study and life goals.
These stressed out youths will go on to enter the work force in a few years, and if all they learnt is how to achieve goals at the expense of their well-being, this is a danger to the health and well-being of the communities and companies they will work in one day, and possibly even lead. Furthermore, in recent year, there's been a rise in disrespect to, and a lack of appreciation for, all that a youth's classroom teacher's and parents are doing for them.
The world needs more emotionally healthy, emotionally resilient, balance, caring and responsible youths to transition into adulthood, in the 21st century.
To this end, my audio products can help.

Most schools that offer the Diploma currently have a re-active approach to student well-being; they employ a child psychologist, who youths can see if they're feeling stressed, depressed, etc.
My solution is pro-active; it serves IB schools who’d like to invest in these audio products to help their youths develop emotional resilience and well-being skills, in a pro-active way.
It’s also an innovative way of addressing the rise in behavioral and attitude issues amongst students who do the IB Diploma; well-being training is a forward-thinking solution to the rewards and sanctions systems that most IB schools currently implement.
Recording the well-being training in the form of audio files allows students to be able to save them on their phones, and therefore listen to a guided success visualisation, breath work exercise, etc on their way to school, while waiting for an exam to start, before studying for an exam, etc.
To launch my audio products to the newsletter audience of IB Diploma schools I'll have gained by November 2018, after I launch and execute my newsletter growth strategy (my virtual Stress Less Summit for IB Diploma schools).
Over the next 3-5 years, I see myself developing the relationships I'm nurturing with school leaders around the world into meaningful and effective school culture Educational Consulting work. Traveling to IB schools to train parents, students and teachers will be an opportunity for me to expand the reach of my audio products, so that my visit has lasting impact on the school culture in the direction of increased well-being.

The audio version of my mentoring and classroom teaching work is currently in the prototype phase of testing. From my direct contact work, I've seen the benefits to be: calmer students, more focused, more self-motivated, more kind and caring towards others, more self-disciplined, more confident. An improvement in relationship skills and civil communication with teachers and parents. And almost always, an improvement in exam results.

I expect to see immediate effects within the month of committed use of the audio products by youths in a school, with more sustainable effects of improved well-being and grades visible within 1-2 years (upon completion of the IB program)

I've only just started working with an IT team (Plugmatter) for my website development and maximizing the reach of my elenivardaki.com blog, so discussion this right now.
Revenue model:
1) Audio download products (for IB schools, and for individual consumers)
2) Family consulting work as a virtual Personal Youth Mentor (focus, stress reduction, self-motivation training with regards to study and self-care habits)
3) Tailor-made school consulting work for IB Diploma Schools (in person visits, mentoring of youths, mentoring of members of staff, parent talk, free video trainings) to improve well-being.
I'm looking for support in helping me learn how to pitch my solution to IB Diploma schools. I've only ever worked with individual consumers and families, and moving to a business-to-business model, as of November 2018, is new for me. So I'm looking for mentoring support and guidance for how best to invest in a way that leads to effective growth, so my solution can reach the schools that care about their students' well-being.
