At JVISIONS, Inc. we are building stronger communities through innovation and automation. External challenges are a reflect to internal wounds.  If we can fix the internal issue, then it would produce a better outcome. With that, we are seeking to exponentially increase awareness and incorporate the use of the latest technology by introducing and creating software solutions that will solve technology gaps in our under-served and less-fortunate communities.  If selected as the winner, the Elevate Prize funding received from this prestigious organization would go to develop and create software automation, cyber security, educational resources, web design and implementation, and computer-based and classroom trainings.  The more we deliver the more we impact. 

More specifically the funding would be used to support and advance the following 2021 initiatives:

1. Purchase necessary software to complete the IT projects
2. Hosting software and maintenance, laptops and other computer equipment
3. Account setup, trainings, conferences
4. STEM scholarships that are in the technology field 

JVISIONS, Inc. is a Not-for-Profit technology organization that strategically reaches out to the community to foster opportunities for individuals and organizations to advance their technology platforms. We engage with other organizations in meeting technology goals and objectives, dynamically and creatively. 

At JVISIONS, Inc. our mission is to “Write the Vision and Make it Plain”.  Servitude is the core principle of our leadership which fuels the ability to help others. Because I am intentional in prioritizing my purpose, I wanted to form an organization that would guide and educate others who struggle with understanding and using technology. JVISIONS, Inc. models the principal of we don't make those who are less-fortunate pay for something that was gifted to us. Our Not-for-Profit organization addresses issues in the community and the bulk of that is the struggle of technology. 

For 2021, our goals have been to start, market and promote the business, obtain licensing, onboard volunteers and staffing, seek grant opportunities and develop funds investment.

Long-term our goals are to have a standardized program that will enable communities to use additional services, obtain a hosting platform that will allow us to maintain the solutions, and lastly, secure a facility to house the organization.

In our research, we have discovered that the lack of knowledge in technology has impacted communities globally.  Technology is growing at a rate of 70% which means that being inexperienced in this area will increase this depth. 

On a scale, we are using our unique awareness and agitation to partner with technical companies to deliver, educate, and build solutions to communities.   

The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.  When we look at problems in communities, it can be daunting or even overwhelming to the point where responding to change becomes difficult.  Because of this, it challenges our ability to remain steadfast to bring change.

Therefore, we are capitalizing on our gift to not only identify the root cause, but to provide a long-term solution that will bring change.  It is more than just innovation; we are hungry enough to invest into our communities so they can reap a plentiful harvest. 

Our approach is both new and innovative because we are innovating communities by providing technical solutions.

The service of work that JVISIONS provides, as outlined below, is uniquely unparalleled as a sparse offering to the communities in which we serve:  

1. Application Development – From building web applications to creating backend services, we deliver products using state of the art technologies.  Having a design and turning client requirements into service-oriented solutions by meeting some of the most demanding cutting edge cases. We develop new capabilities that increases performance, low cost, and fast delivery.
2. Cyber Security – We ensure our solutions and services has a security posture that is reliable.  From preventing cyber vulnerabilities to strengthening systems that embeds security practices with automation by continuous integration and monitoring. Requirements are different, so we believe in flexibility to give our partners a decisive advantage.
3. Consultation - When addressing issues, we have to get to the root cause. From identifying gaps to providing insight, our service walks alongside these needs to bring context and expertise in those areas for success.

1. Define Purpose. This initial step enables us to be strategic of determining how to meet the needs of the community. It gives us a cutting edge of sharpening the areas that are technologically weak. It introduces the availability to pivot towards a positive direction. 
2. Gather Requirements, Dependencies and Features. To begin the operation, this is how we impact and break barriers by eliminating the negative stigma of technology. The greatest threat to any challenge is being positively informed so we capitalize on this concept which vessels a transformative posture.
3. Depositing Tactical Information and Implement Solutions. JVISIONS provides group and 1:1 personalized training which will develop a deeper knowledge in the technology solution that best cares for the existing problem. We believe in a comprehensive-approach, so we solve for one area/issue at a time before moving to the next as we want the community to be made whole.
4. Engage Tracking System. Our database is connected between the moving parts of technology and to the community, this is how we continuously transmit solutions with knowledge to keep the feet moving in the right direction.
