I started the DreamBig because I wanted the youth outside my circle to benefit from my leadership. It had become clear that I had made a positive impact on many of the youth whom I interacted with and also noted that many other youths were in desperate need of such kind of support.

For the past couple of years, I have seen the amazing impact DreamBig organization has had on the youths in our community and witnessed the positive change in the community. These achievements indicate that it's about time for us to elevate to the next level. 

With the elevate prize, we shall scale up the organization create new innovative tools that will inspire the youth and with a proper dream marketing strategy, we stand a chance to becoming the number one collaboration option for companies and organizations.

We will finally make the digital uplift, that we need to offer our services nationally and internationally. It will also give us the capacity to jump-start fundraising for youth goals and dreams.

Lastly, it will enable us to gather more leaders who will support the youth to deal with the aftereffects of Covid-19 and also reach out to other troubled youth.

Growing up I had friends that got caught up in the gangster life, many of them are no longer living. We who persevered started thinking, what it was that kept us from falling into criminality, we realized that it was the leaders and our dreams that made us overcome. My vision is to inspire all youth to “DreamBig” and live up to their full potential. 

DreamBig aims to channel out Dream-leaders and reach out to the youths that are in most need of help. We want the youth to have leaders that ignite their passion and desire. Equip these leaders with knowledge and tools that keep the youth on the right path and also persuade the lost ones.

We are working on strengthen our capacity to create different innovations that can influence the youth in a variety of ways, from facilities, merchandise, leadership-programs, to music, games, books, mini-series and collaboration with celebrities that the world hasn't seen.

To further help the youth reach their full potential, we would love to organise a worldwide funding operation that will gather resources for the youth dream-program and make it available for any dream seeking youth on earth, who wishes to pursue their goals. 

We are solving socio-economic exclusion, in Sweden we have 60,000 youth between 15-25yrs that neither work nor study and every forth youth drops out of high school, that is 10% more than the world average and 15% higher than Europes average.

People who don't work or studies are at greater risk of unemployment, social exclusion, poverty and poor health. 2018 Sweden had the most fatal shooting per capita for people under 30 years in Europe. The reasons for this are many and complex from segregation to school support. 

We use the power of dreams to support the youth who drop out of school to become something in life. We run Dream-facilities that organises after school activities and holiday events like sport, music, tutoring and job application activities. We arrange leadership programs and attract leaders and mentors to underserved urban communities. We gather resources for their dreams and have created an online goals form that helps to capture the youth goals.

We specialize in reaching out to troubled youths that need support through a reward system, where they are appreciated every time they do something positive.

DreamBig is built around the power of dreams, we specialize in raising leaders and connecting with the youths that feel excluded, we capture them through their dreams. We have Dream-facilities and have activities where we gather them, then inspire and motivate them to become leaders, study, or work. To get to them we use incentives(gifts, food, trips), positive feedback, and reward systems which have proven to be very effective methods.

Our leadership program raises and attracts new leaders, mentors and positive role models from the deprived areas. We have online Goal forms and Dreamfiles that serve as a guide and motivate the youth to reach their goals. These files are also used by the youth leaders to activate the troubled youth. 

What makes it disruptive is that we are working on opening up an online leadership program for youth from all corners of the world. The program will give them access to the Goals, Dreamfiles and grants.

We will be able to help other leaders to connect with troubled youth, bring up new leaders and make it possible for youth in the world to receive grants for their goals and dreams projects.

Starting with Europe, USA and then Africa.

We want the youth in the deprived communities to have hopes and dreams. DreamBig methods inspire them to become active members of society,  increase their sense of coherence, leadership, purposefulness, grades, and train them to think long term. We plan on educating Dream-leaders for 100.000 youth and this will be achieved by matching mentors and youth with goals in our online leadership-program and collaboration with other youth facilities in Europe.  

DreamBig reward system attracts troubled youth who usually don't engage in skills-enhancing activities. 60% of our youth have never participated in activities outside school. Our biggest attraction is that they receive grants for leading activities. The youth listens to DreamBig because we want the same thing, for them to fulfill their dreams!

97% of the participants in our leadership program have either become leaders, started working or studying or became entrepreneurs. Since 2017 we have attracted 50 mentors from the labour market who have raised Dream-leaders for over 15.000 youth. Our mentors/leaders use a proven Checking-in/out method which invites each member in a group to be present, seen, and heard. We help leaders to coach/train other youth. We have got Dream-leaders to become influencers, start businesses and study at universities.
