The only reasons that I am applying the Elevate Prize is that; opportunity was announced by Solve MIT. Then this work also  is there to be  within the  SOLVE MIT chance to support it.  Also I did  find out that the Solve MIT solution are  best place for this working concept I am working about. Girls Education. The Chance makes Change and Change makes life renewed. Girl's future must be renewed.

When my solution is selected and won the prize, I make  sure that the work I started in the community  for the  support of the Girls Education in the marginalized communities as well as the indigenous communities who needs more than ever to change should be implemented and fruitfully benefit the beneficial.

For nearly two decades I have been working tirelessly I preparing this as a paper work for which I thought that I  deserve doing it as I am indebted to pay for it. Bring what took to be light. Education is light and the light is always good for all as part of who seen the light as girls must change  their lives. When I won the prize I have to support my work of Girls education.

Born  a third son to the pastoralist and  farmer family in which I had only lucky to have been educated and graduated to the school of thought in Theology and Leadership Education.I had also studied Economics and British Constitution at the advance level. GCE London -ICS London. My school of leadership did work as I founded CSYM HUDUMA*Christian Spiritual Youth Ministry.

Out of class  I first work for church for two years and then went for teacher college.

Furher I graduated and went to the field of teaching in  Government schools for seventeen years.

Then I found the above said organization, in which I am indebted to pay for what I received being educated and then I  founded a community support organ-CSYM HUDUMA*Christian Spiritual Youth Ministry in which it is part of me to this moment. 

The vision of the organization is to serve the people who have the need to get the chance to get served. We are serving humanity in developments.

 We have a mission to reach out to those who are in the marginalized communities. Its my expectations that I would have to  give chance to  the needy  community and as well as to serve them.

The specific issue I am working on is about human dignity, respect rights and equality.This is about education the difference between the gender. The education about two different groups of the same human but different gender.

Girl and a Boy. In many communities around the world to educate Girl child is not much admirable as it's in mind that she is born to serve the other.

 In the Sub Sahara Africa it shows that more than 30 million children at the age of 6 to 11 years old are out of school. It is recorded that 9.5 girls will never inter a door of the class,compare  to boys who are 5 million only. With this on mind,we are expecting a fight with the poor policy that failed to recognize the education to girls.

We are working with communities who are indeed neglecting the Girl's education in which we are meeting directly with the communities who look forward to reach their goal to girls education

Mostly during implementing the work we have seen the light as women are adopting the work we are doing.

Establish the Implementation Committee members from women and men as well as girls in good number.

This innovation is very unique as it touches most important part of human beings.Woman and a Girl.In most humiliation ways some tribes;DaTatoga or Barabaig* people hijack a girl and forced to be wife to an older men who paid good number of cows to the girls parent

This innovation is unique as it is  from the reality.We are on the midst of the said communities.Truth is there that girls are ignored.

For girls education is their need,but how would they access this important human developmental commodity; education.This is a big  challenge to those who are under this atmosphere.

We are in the community that is  rampart of Child Abuse and child marriage  highly practiced with said Barabaig

New ways such as technology is our first response during the elevate Prize as  well as working together for outcome that is so promising.

We are also looking to intensify community mobilization for Girls education and support them as well as their safety.Our uniqueness is due to the work we do in the marginalized communities as well as working together for outcome of the education they deserve.

.*Barabaig people are Semi Hamitic Nomadic who paid attention to cows than any other item

As to its vision,the organization toward the impact on Humanity they have found that something is wrong on one side of livelihood. We have found that  Girl child had been ignored for the longer time and it does not look as if it could work. That is when we put our efforts to find out if we could do anything on this issue. But we would like to see change happened.

The organization and human are in purely engaged to each other. Without human being there would be no organizations.

Its people in the office who work and serve and implement services to the customers.

Working with the  communities who are indeed supposed to receive is always ready for any impact.

We involve girls themselves as well as working with their families at large.

We will also ensure that they have their knowledge of what they are.Girls having knowledge of their own rights and fight for themselves.

Peer pressure on the status of the importance of education and the difference between them and boys.

More of what an impact we expect;women are more flexible than men..They know that they are ignored and vulnerable to the circumtances that they need deliverance.
