The funding will be used to create a Center of Excellence to promote the art and science of global first "World's Integrated Social Exchange (WISE)" supported by multiple frameworks that include Strategic, Scriptural, Technology ESG, AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Digital Asset, Global Standards, and related technologies.
The funding will be used to:
1.To cover salary, living & incidental expenses, visit Social Stock Exchanges (SSEs) & Stock Exchanges (SEs) and key person(s) and training in Impact Investing, course development with knowledge providers identified
2. Employment of key personnel for the Center of Excellence (WISE Academy) -HODs for Academy, Marketing, Finance & Admin, IT...
3. Rental of office space and equipment and other related expenses with setting up of WISE Academy.
4. Partnership subscription fees to organizations such as UNIDO, UNGC, UN SSE Initiative, UNEP FI & PRI, World Federation of Exchanges...
5. Business partnership expenses with ICT solutions providers and universities
6. Project expenses related to the prototyping of systems with Main Stock Exchanges
7. Capital reserve for unforeseen circumstances and expenses
The vision is to create the WISE Academy to promote the world's first integrated Stock Exchange with multiple frameworks & guidelines to enhance existing stock exchange transactions.
6 Strategic Blueprints & Platforms will be created to enhance the existing stock exchange ecosystem.
WISE Academy will create, educate and innovate learning programs and promotional activities to promote the realization of WISEs to the world at large by integrating Strategic, Scriptural, Technology-ESG, Global Standards, AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Satellite Internet, and other technologies.
WISE Academy will work with Main Stock Exchanges and related stakeholders in the stock trading environment and industry as an education provider.
WISE Academy will create the world's first International Association of the World's Integrated Social Exchanges to promote goodwill and understanding in the stock exchanges' world.
WISE Academy will work with world-renowned universities and entities to create new knowledge programs and applications for the brave new world of "Stock Exchange of the Future"
The goal is to seek a listing in Stock Exchanges of choice within 5 years or earlier and to be the leading advocate in promoting greater transparency and accessibility of impact investing and stock exchange activities.
I am on a mission to unlock the potential of people and ideas in the complicated world of stock investment. And I do this by helping people with knowledge skills we use in stock investment/trading but neglect - Wisdom!
I hope to achieve this by creating WISE Academy to promote the art & science of the World's Integrated Stock (Social) Exchange (WISE).
As someone who was wiped out in the Stock Exchange Crash of 1987, my passion for the lost and hurting investors grew and I start to look for knowledge and wisdom that will help others (globally), hence the introduction of Strategic, Scriptural, Technology-ESG, Global Standards, AI (Robo-trading), Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Satellite Internet and other related technologies.

WISE Academy will create learning programs & promotional activities to promote the realization of WISEs to the world.

6. Introduce new market discipline and encourage competition between impact & traditional companies
7. Help establish a currently underdeveloped regulatory framework for both social & fractional finance.
8. WISEs will make impact investing more accessible, this will increase investment for sustainable development for developed, developing, and third world countries.
9. Connecting both listed social enterprises and impact investors whose values and objectives are aligned to one another.
10. Social partnership of impact investing & CSR objectives.
11. Long term aid to market building structure to SDGs
12. Help mainstream impact investing by using WISEs and Social Stock Exchanges (SSEs)
13. Will work/partner with global bodies such as UNIDO, UNCTAD, UNGC (SDGs), UNEP FI & PRI, World Federation of Exchanges to develop and enhance existing guidelines and global standards for the stock exchange environment.
WISE Academy in promoting the new SSE (WISE) will impact humanity and will be effective as follow:
