Sinergy /University of Guadalajara
- Mexico
The funding is going to use to the future project for the next part, synergy will be developed at a higher level, increasing not only university networks of different sciences, but also It can be with other public and private university centers, in addition to integrating companies to support them in their development, and thereby encourage entrepreneurship among young university students to support the country's growth
As entrepreneur:
I was selected in the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) 2020 by the U.S. embassy where emerging entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs with the greatest potential in Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada.
And I was the winner representing Mexico at the Pacific level at the "Pacific Trade Show" in Toronto Canada, within "Women & Business Contest" 2019
As a teacher in the Bachelor of Marketing at CUCEA to provide a global perspective of doing business internationally using technology and encourage entrepreneurship. Knowledge that I have applied by leading a synergy between CUCBA's bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, and CUSUR with the master degree in intellectual property, achieving Stanford's entrepreneurship formula to increase in number of startups. I am serving as the part in charge at CUCEA, focused on promoting entrepreneurship education in young university students to promote the development of the country. It is the first time that a synergy has been carried out between universities of different disciplines in the university network.
INADEM disappears, causing the fracture of one of the spines that encouraged entrepreneurship in Mexico. This caused the incubators and accelerators with their support to close. This forces young people to look for new employment opportunities than the federal government's plan that does not encourage the creation of businesses causing a slowdown in them with fewer opportunities. Talent formed in universities is left adrift, which does not find an encouragement to knowledge to achieve growth in the business sector (Velázquez, 2019).
These young Millennials face a greater challenge because the jobs today call for a greater degree of academic and professional preparation, causing barriers to their development in working life (Herrera, 2020). Today millennials have modified the traditional model of their professionalism by focusing more on entrepreneurship, for their training it must be learned in an interactive and experimental way.
Therefore, it is necessary to form an entrepreneurial intention among students, to put them together with the tools that allow them to face the lack of job opportunities or limited financing options for new projects, among others. The training of multidisciplinary work generates better results, strengthening each area of a business and better quality products with sustening.
The innovative character is the use of technology to improve the quality of teaching and learning since it allows to adapt knowledge obtained from virtual international programs for the project, being adapted from the "Goldman and Sacks 10000 Women" same that the organization gave us permission to use the structure of the business project that is validated for the development of entrepreneurs in developing countries. Also in the Santander X Entrepreneurship Educator's (SEE) Programme by Santader and Oxentia (Oxford University Global Innovation Consultancy) in one of the 20 positions granted at the level of LATAM, Spain and Portugal to participate with the synergy project, where they supported us with greater structuring to generate a greater impact on young university students. In addition, the project was presented in an entrepreneurship and innovation program developed in Silicon Valley, presenting at Boston University in 2019.
Finally, the people who are part of the project have recognition in their fields, it is the case of the Mtra. Jovanna Nathalie Cervantes Guzmán who was selected for the program "Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI)" 2020-2021, by USA department and IREX, where they select young social entrepreneurs with the greatest potential in Latin America, the Caribbean
Funders (2016) state that from 2013 to 2020 of 8,000 million people, only 3,000 will have a job. Currently, 1 in 19 people is an entrepreneur and 57% of them are developed by young adults from 18 to 34 years old
It is necessary to learn and practice in an environment focused on
the development of knowledge and skills such as the university, so that
tomorrow young people face the "real world" are able to overcome the
challenges facing their entrepreneurship, and do not let the lack of
knowledge, skills and skills be a limiting to achieving their goals.
Its impact is focused on increasing the number of young entrepreneurs in universities, supporting companies that have a social approach as they work directly with farmers through a fair payment to preserve their traditions by giving them a new market perspective to introduce products to a new market segment to national and international , and finally with the government of the municipalities supporting them in the resolution of conflicts for the revival of the economy by the negative have caused by the pandemic in municipalities where their main income is tourism having to adapt their business approach to the "new reality".
