1.Inside of the Teachers Community there is a part of them, who is around 30-50 years old than they are not involved in knowledge on Technology, or the use of others O.S, even can use properly the Web, the most of them because there is not an Institute who teach them this knowledge, as result, you got classrooms, where the students are not motivated in the use of new technologies, and worse even when they go with others teacher who are involved in new technologies they can't integrate as part of the process because the students got a delay in technology. in few words more than 10,000 teachers with technology delay is equal to more than 200,000 students with low performance in technology for year

Our Solution is to create an Institute where formal Teachers around 30-55 years old will learn how integrate technology in their classrooms, acquiring knowledges since others OS plus than Windows, such as Chrome OS, Linux OS, also others Open Source resources to help schools where they can't afford License of use, in the third module they will learn about Arduino, Robotics, and Drones, and how integrate this kind of Technology in classes as Social Studies, Agriculture, Sciences, and Maths. On a fourth module they will learn about Big Data and AI and how use this in benefit of their classes in Social Studies, Science, Maths and Language making use of Stats Data, and how this kind of Technology can help them to students to get a better performance in their learning. in the end Teachers will be able to create a Platform of Learning, LMS, to use it with their students and share all the knowledge they learned, also we want after this modules end build a community enough strong to build and Solve real problems of our country such as Agriculture, Medicine and Science, Biotechnology and others. 

We are sure our Solution will change the life of more than 200,000 students in our country and will create the strong base to this community the teachers and students can build a Leadership to bring solutions in their communities, we are a third world country, we need help teachers to they be able to help their students and teach. is the only way how as Country we can solve the challenges of our future.  

In our country doesn't exist an Institute where teachers can learn about how integrate Innovation Technology in their classes. 

is an integral part because is what they will learn, and using Technology is how will motivate their students to change and solve their community issues

After 3 years we expect benefit more than 1500 teachers will be equal to help 30,000 students which will build solutions for each community where they live.

We will select teachers of the schools, which they no have knowledge of Technology

We currently teach around 50 teachers by year, teaching them Robotic, and Basic Computation, and with the knowledge we gave them they help their students to realize projects to solve real problems in their communities

480 Teachers around 30-60 years old by year which will learn new Technologies, we expect see results in the first 3 months of 2019 when start the new cicle of classes in our country, and when the teachers we taught will share the knowledge with their students

A leader with more than 10 years working on motivate teachers to teach new ways of learning.

People who take the course will receive a financial help from government to pay for new courses, the other part of the cost will provide for the people thats will give us the way to pay the cost of each course and will keep the sustainability in the next years

We are sure plus the financial help, we can get the people with more knowledge and experience than us and this will allow us to grown in the work we want do for our country 

The main barrier is make the people get out of the confort zone, "i am used to teach in this way i don't want change"
