We are going to solve the education challenge because Education remains the most important investment a community can make both to bolster the growth of its economy and to reduce inequality. Yet, 61 million children do not have access to primary education, another 142 million teenagers are not enrolled in secondary school, and less than 10% of the world’s population hold college degrees.Teachers require learning experiences that foster creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking – skills that can never be taught solely or perhaps at all by machines, an app, or a video.
As technology continues to transform the job market and the economy, youth and adults require new skills and lifelong learning opportunities that are relevant to the jobs and livelihoods of the future. 
Instead of thinking that technology and digital tools will usurp and replace educators, how can technology amplify the work of teachers, support new educators and learning facilitators, and help them bring better quality education to their students?

So The solution will therefore be the site that focuses on providing teachers with training on many aspects, such as how to deal with students and courses that qualify them to be full-time teachers. After that, almost all teachers will be trained in areas that lack schools and educational services. Once you are trained, your CV will be submitted to the schools we have dealt with. 
The site is divided into three sections. Part of the teacher and courses he can take to do his biography. The second is for schools to see the curriculum vitae of teachers. If the teacher works to increase his efficiency, for example, to explain to students away from the school schedule or solve the social or psychological student problem, he will add to the CV. Another one for students to evaluate teachers.The site also has the ability to teach some teachers to children with disabilities and give them courses in how to deal with them.
In the end our solution will

-Personalize and adapt teaching to all, especially people with disabilities, and learners living in areas disrupted by crises or in low-income settings

‎‏ Supporting educators in creativity, critical thinking, emotional learning, and building skills is the base of our idea, which provides teachers with the necessary courses that make them qualified and able to deal with all ages. it helps the teacher to deal with the psychology of the child and the development of his personality. The website gives many other advantages to the teacher and student, make the teacher able to deliver educational messages to students and allows the students to evaluate teachers, which encourages teachers to give their best. it also helps schools and managers to choose the best teachers

‏Because the website is one of the concepts of technology, in which users can easily deal with and take advantages simply from it, and it is available to all users of all ages. since the technology is the language of global communication and the Internet is the base for the development of ideas, self-development and exchange of cultures through it We adopted in our solution on the site to be easily accessible through its users, Although the site is simple and orderly, it allows for scientific and cultural exchanges to develop education.

We hope to make the appointment of teachers easier for schools through their knowledge of the teacher through his account on the web site so all teachers would be properly qualified, and Improve the level of teachers by providing them with all they need in the way they deal with students so we will help in raising the level of education.

Our solution is technology-based and it is cheap for all users because it is a Web site and will certainly expand day by day. In the beginning, we will delver our site to targeted elements and promote it through social media and lectures...etc. At least 2 years from now, 10% of the educational system around the world will use our website teachers, students and educational institutions.
Because if an element is used, it will force the other elements to use it

first of all, we need our project to be known and familiar between schools, so they can trust and use it, we will reach that by making events showing its advantages, we’ll present our project to the headmasters of schools and big companies so they can help us making propaganda for it, and the ministry of education activate using the web site. We must maintain and improve the level of the web site and take in consideration the ease of use of it for everyone, we can retain our customers and gain support from them.

We are students and in the study phase and we need an financial support or site programmers to apply our idea.

The website will be sent to all teachers in the USA as starting point to implement the idea.  teachers will practice the courses and follow up the development of students. After 12 months of implementation,  we expect the development of 10% of teachers and  students, equivalent to 5.25 million students and 1.25 million teachers. After the success of idea, We expect that after 3 years,  it could benefit 40% of teachers and students, equivalent to 22.2  million studetand 4.5 million teachers.

We are from STEM International Schools which are interested in self-learning, presentation and leadership skills. This will help us communicate and establish bright relationships with other organizations and convince them. Also, every semester we create a project to solve the challenge of major challenges in Egypt. Therefore, we are trained to solve problems in a scientific and safe way. We also have talents that help us move our ideas like drawing on the street walls to convey our ideas to people.

We are a non-profit organization .. We will establish the site and convince the schools and the teachers to use it then if we need to expand our organization we will add ads to cover the cost of staff and other costs

Because we need the financial grant that Solve will give us to pay to the programmers to create our website and certainly solve has the ability to help us in a great and excellent and easy way.

The two main barriers in implementation our idea are that we do not have the ability to contract with a company specialized in web programming and its infrastructure. Of course, solve can help us easily by providing programmers to implement this site and as additional assistance, they can help us to contract with companies and organizations that promote us.
