Our desire is to increase production. Build more pens for hens. Purchase more equipment particularly we want own a hatchry plant. When given  this grant we will do much  more, employ more staff. Our distribution chain will increase thereby creating both direct and indirect job. This our local has so many women women with children who we can easily engage as retailers. We supply them and get our money back after they sell and take their profit.

Many petty traders around us who depends largly in selling our eggs and birds will have a boost. Generally both our immediate and outside community will benefit greatly from our business if our goal is achieved.

I am Simeon Umeh Emeka a

graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye OGUN state Nigeria. I started my poultry farm business DIKAIOS STRONG-TOWER CONCEPT FARM shortly after graduation in Alapafon community in Ibadan in 2014 though we have gone through a lot of challenges but we have also recorded success. I started my poultry farm with 30 birds but we have over 2000 birds now with three staff.

Moving forward, we want to go into frozen meats  and begin to sell our products to grocery stores and supermarkets. Very few people still buy live animals because they feel it is less stressful when you buy already packaged meat which you can use to make your meal in few minute. This is why we are really considering having our own meat production and packaging business to sell the products from our farm.

The rate of out of school children is prevalent among children across the world; however the situation is becoming worrisome in particular African countries. Many reasons have been advanced for out of school children. These factors include economic, social, parental, early or forceful marriage of girls, peer group influence, and so on. Ibadan Oyo State Nigeria contribute about 4-7 % of total out of school drop out in Nigeria and also hold a tangble place in this menace. 

This evil wind is traceble directly and indirectly to poverty especially to woman. We want to strategically empower the woman in our area here to start with as I mentioned earlier. We will package frozen foods and eggs. We target establishing at least 20 selling spot within two months of getting a grant in our local government here. Thereafter we extend to other local government and cover the whole Oyo State in two years. Our Target is women and the youth. With these, poverty will be drastically dealt with and issues of out of school and other menace will surely reduce these will definitely create a positive bondwagon effect globally.

Our work is uniquely different going by the way we go about our business. Yes we are going to make profit but that is not the main objective. This why we will empower women and youth. We will construct little little kiosk at different points. Province them with record books for booking keeping.  Supply the goods.

They will be grouped in teens and be assigned a manager who will ensure the keep to the terms and remit there returns rightly and appropriately. 

Our business is also targeted on capacity building this is why we train people before empowering them.  And this has really prove to be effective because we don't just provide you with goods. We are seriously working on capacity development.
