CMTP a multi disciplinary team including social medical and legal professionals with Government endorsement, aiming to weaken and breakdown the barriers that are holding the female children back.
CMTP task force is a multidisciplinary team, comprising
1) social interface : social workers who works as family and career counselor, front line work force and whistle blower
2) medical interface: a completely new segment - a nurse who gets trained in family planning and reproductive health along with legal training with some legal power and also gets green channel (direct, uninterrupted) communication to local named police, solicitor and magistrate.
she will be both whistle blower and implementer
3) legal interface: named local police officer, solicitor and

4) cloud based digital interface and an app with offline messaging facility and the info available concerned authorities at click of a button
5)national support and whistle blowing help line - confidential helpline
6) regional command centres for tracking monitoring and follow up, through digital and human interface
7) Govt endorsement for quick resolution of the problems as it involves legal issues.

our solution not only aims at ending child marriage, but also empowers the girls education, career and freedom of choice
our medical interface works to prevent loss of life, advocating family planning and preventing teenage pregnancy (as early pregnancy is one of the leading causes of maternal mortality and increases the chance of HIV by 75%)
our social interface and relationship counselor would help teenagers to have better relationships (81% facing forced sex,partner violence)
understanding the deeper roots and risk factors will be a key factor to achieve the intended results.
local community participation will be crucial for this type of solutions. two most important members of our team i.e. social worker and women health nurse will be from local community (we will train them), for better acceptability
