Embarking on this journey, the challenges lying just ahead of me might be quite different from what I've encountered in the past. For the final success, The Elevate Prize offers me decisive opportunities:

If you google me, I am a native translator, teacher, and linguist of Tatar in Romania, which has the highest mutual intelligibility with the other Turkic languages. My translations and studies examine the right to cultural identity, diversity, and ethnic pluralism, everyone's right to own researches, knowledge of his roots, and his perception of his ancestors. My work emphasizes the richness of the Tatar language in Dobrudja and the need for a coherent institutional policy of linguistic and cultural preservation.

I am the author of the Romanian-Crimean Tatar dictionary, the founder of Anticus Multicultural Association, and Anticus Press. I work from Constanta, Romania. Among my recent projects, I mention the annual conferences and festivals AKECH, ALECLA, FECH, and CLAFest, the socio-cultural program My Friend Shuraleh, the literary-artistic cenacle The Art of Memory, the photo-haiku exhibition 44 Twin Steps Constanta-Yokohama. Most of them have international dimensions.

I often sign Arshoorah. My long-term aim is to trigger greater genuine interest in creating the future by accepting and celebrating the past. A great joy of my life is the feeling of being loved far and away.

Extreme global challenges are endangering identities and the millennial heritage of humanity. Our mission is to mobilize action for a bright and multicolored tomorrow. We are located in Romania and have 87 members and ambassadors in 17 different countries around the world.

Our three founding pillars are:

To change society for the better, the best advocates are writers and artists. We provide footlights where silent cultural actors can develop and showcase their work. They become active voices.
We HOW_S inclusiveness
The unstoppable globalization, urbanization, and gentrification are washing out otherness and identities. They are leading to uniformity and exclusion. We create intersectional environments emphasizing uniqueness.
We WHY_DN spaces
In this separatist environment, people lose their voice. We break the isolationist walls through collaborative partnerships and alliances fostering understanding.

We are heading for a monolingual, creepy world. Without linguistic variety, there is no diversity, inclusive society, and human rights. This project promotes linguistic diversity and inclusiveness. Its innovating concept is called Hiking Cenacles. It has two aspects acting in conjunction:

Hiking is a concept we use to harvest human potential by roaming in a region. Its assumptions are:

• Involvement – the harvesting team is diverse and is led by the head of the project.

• Patience – this is an endurance process needing many long stops.

• Resonance – there should be a cultural match between the harvester and harvested.

Cenacles are art circles involving four groups of activities:

• Training sessions improve abilities encouraging new forms of expression, innovation, and improvisation.
• Inclusiveness provides access to marginalized groups.

• Widening Visibility uses vectors of freedom of expression like book publishing, translations, live events. 

• Building a Community framing the students, policymakers, influencers, and international connections creates mutual understanding.

Hiking Cenacles is similar to mining and blasting in the steelmaking process. Training, Inclusiveness, Visibility, and Community melt together like in a furnace. Their output is a cohesive congregation of actors with high consciousness and powerful voices, as hard as steel.

Several features are making this program relevant for humanity:

• It targets a large geographic area with significant regional potential to benefit the surrounding zones.

• During the first two phases, the program builds and reinforces four levers of change that are relevant for the linguistic revitalization:

- Developing Talents and Skills
- Developing New Behaviors
- Fostering Understanding and Conviction
- Modeling Leaders of Change

• The last phase of the program sums up the activities aiming to reinforce transformation with formal mechanisms. When the structures, processes, and systems support the change and fasten the linguistic revitalization process, our interventions become relevant for sustainable change.

• Overlapping on the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (2022-2032), the roadmap is in perfect timing with the UN's concerns regarding the endangered intangible heritage of humanity. The aims of the program are in absolute harmony with the UN's agenda for IDIL.

• The program tackles distinct goals on the UN's agenda for Sustainable Development. It goes hand-in-hand with the strategies that improve education, achieve gender equality, reduce inequality, promote decent work for all, promote peaceful and inclusive societies and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
