Youth in Tanzania when completing O-level secondary education, almost half of them do not continue with further education neither are provided with employment. Therefore they become vulnerable to HIV and AIDs, STI and Covid-19 due abject poverty. This kind of situation sends them to engage in malpractices behaviours and bringing trouble in the country.
Our aim is to address the Unemployment problem by imparting Entrepreneurial, leadership and life-skills to all O-level students every year. These will be provided with Entrepreneurial, leadership and life-skills on every Saturday from January to December every year. They will be tested through preparation of a bankable business plan and given startup loans for those with great business plan ideas.
Mfuko wa Elimu Mbozi will implement the project for two years. It has a competent team of five people.
Our goal is to make sure that every youth with basic education (O-level) has acquired entrepreneurial, leadership and life-skills for establishing, growing and sustaining their Businesses immediately after completing O-level secondary education. Through this there will be economic growth of Tanzania.
