Whilst we are self funded and have began our business in 2014, we had no capital at the outset and yet we have been able to grow at least 20-30% per year. Most emerging tech companies don’t really make it past the first years with no funding. We are also 100% women owned and the founding members are women. There are immense articles about us on internet after having launched TechXAfrica 2018, countries from Africa are now calling upon us to support them and lead our services to other countries of Africa. Our only objective is to create an enviroment that supports women succeeding in Technology and to decrease the gender divide in ICT
Nisha Maharaj is the MD of an emerging technology company in South Africa, a company which has excelled in the field of ICT and Innovation
The company aggressively drives Industry 4.0 as women in technology talking to various ICT fields that are not traditionally dominated by women such as:
- Networks and Telecommunications
- Network Security
- Smart Solutions, Smart Ciites, Smart countries
- Emerging Technologies such as Robotics process Automation, AI, IOT, Machine Learning, Block Chain
- ICT global leading software solutions and Managed services
Despite decades of progress towards achieving equality in the workplace, women remain significantly under-represented in emerging tech. The imbalance between men and women in the technology sector is unlikely to be remedied unless organisations, schools and universities work together to change entrenched perceptions about the tech industry, and also educate young people about the dynamics and range of careers in the technology world. We create opportunities and jobs for women in technology !
Our products are unique, we are in an area that is not dominated by women !
