One of the ways that this problem could be solve is through identifying
people with needed skills and talents for the organization train them
in order to develop and inculcate them the needed leadership skills,
choosing the next leader, creating a letting go policy, establishing
financial security of the members,  taking organization public and

majority of the people within our nation economy don’t have access to
minimum comfort which is the state of utter depravity, where it is
relatively difficult for an average  individual  in Nigeria  society or
household to maintain a minimum standard of living, this is situation a
lot persons found seemingly helpless

This product as steady market and also locally used for cooking food, production of palm oil and also used for others production as well. But every year fluctuation in price of the product is always recorded due to economic situation and government policies.

The concern of this project is the imperative of managing resources for
the well-being of the society for job, health  and wealth creation in
community among women, youths and younger girls also people around . The
focus is binding on the community development system and challenges
