One of the ways that this problem could be solve is through identifying
people with needed skills and talents for the organization train them
in order to develop and inculcate them the needed leadership skills,

relatively difficult for an average individual in Nigeria society or
household to maintain a minimum standard of living, this is situation a
lot persons found seemingly helpless

This product as steady market and also locally used for cooking food, production of palm oil and also used for others production as well. But every year fluctuation in price of the product is always recorded due to economic situation and government policies.
ABEBE BEULAH GLOBAL UNLIMITED PALM OIL AGRO-BUSINESS palm produce business enterprise company comes to existence to refine the product for better used and scale up its production by packaging for exploitation and for consumption for better hygienic process, before the product had been sold locally for consumption without proper hygienic processing, the company held at designed seal plastic bottles with trade mark and own mill plant to accelerate its production, the business committee had it evaluation plant planning to minimize incremental capital/output ratio and to maximize social marginal productivity
The concern of this project is the imperative of managing resources for
the well-being of the society for job, health and wealth creation in
community among women, youths and younger girls also people around . The
