If selected as a Winner, I will use the Elevate Prize Funding for my community, to improve the lively hood of my community.

I will establish more branches and increasethe number of  the  community so that my  community benefits 

My Vision is to establish branches mainly in the Rural Set-ups so that more communities can join and access and receive the Training.

The purpose of establishing this venture is to empower Vulnerable women and girls/school drop-outs with an alternative skill that helps them generate resources to meet their needs.

My future goal is to reduce the over increasing number of women, girls Trading in the streets who are carrying heavy buckets of merchandise on the head for sale to earn a living.

The Scale in my Communities is about 90% in my  Rural Set-up have not completed their Education, hence the poverty level is high due to lack of skill and Globally women are victims when it comes to education/ skill.

 In my communities, over 9million women are affected.

Lack of skills is contributing to the problem which my venture is trying to solve.

We sensitize the community not to trade in the streets because it is a risk, they carry their babies at the back and at the same time carry heavy buckets of merchandise on their heads. We hold meetings with them and advise them to join the co-operative where they will be trained to learn a skill.

After that they become members.

When they are members, then we train them on how to operate Sawing machines and others in designing, Tailoring, and Designing and finally producing of clothing.  

The New approach I have taken is to involve my community in the manufacturing of garment

My work is unique because it involves community it doesn't discriminate community whether educated not educated they do the same work and earn the same income.

My Organization is making an Impact on Humanity because it is reducing poverty in the community.

The steps we are taking to ensure that we achieve our planned impact is through the establishment of training centres in the community set-ups where they live in they won't need to spend huge sums of money to receive the training.
