SHOW US DON’T TELL US!
The majority of Generational wealth from civil servant pensions have been passed down to only one demographic?
Taxpayers are paying to predominantly employ one demographic who then use nepotism to hire other family members as well as pass down pensions.
If a community tax base comes from 25 % of one demographic shouldn’t at least 25% of the civil jobs in said community match?
"Show Us Don’t Tell Us" is an app designed to compare the demographic of civil employees in the zip code = to the taxpayer base. Allowing us to immediately focus on the equitable distribution of jobs/income made via taxpayer dollars.
We need to provide education to those job opportunities early. Looking at only the demographics white vs black it would look as if on one end taxes are used for jobs, the other a pipeline for incarceration and slave labor!
We solve the problem of equitable distribution of wealth and jobs. We cannot continue to ask everyone to pay taxes if it is more than obvious that only one demographic benefits from the tax dollars. Not just the police departments. It is also in Sanitation, Highway, Court officers, court employees, judges, correction officers, and all jobs paid for by tax dollars.
S.U.D.T.U. is the instant watchdog to the systematic and historically discriminatory American way.
Historically the LARGE majority of these jobs are given to one demographic. This leads to the continued use of nepotism to place family and friends in jobs and pass down pensions as well.
At the very least all civil servant jobs should attempt to match the taxpayer base in every ZIP Code. In Nassau County New York, 14% of the tax base is African-American however only 4% of the police force is African American?
So, not only are we missing out on 10% of the employment we are missing 10% of the pensions, insurance, (refusal to arrest), and all of the other benefits that would be due to a Nassau County police officers family. We do not represent 14% of any of the civil servant's jobs?
Early education in underserved communities that will help to explain the financial inequities as a result of missed opportunities. We will start with A Mobile application that simply allows you to type in your ZIP Code and immediately identify the disparities in all jobs in the municipality of that zip code. Additionally, we will create access to information and training.
Not only should this be public information it should be readily available to all taxpayers. Having immediate access to this information makes the conversation of fair and equitable distribution of jobs and wealth a lot easier.
It becomes a right now conversation and it does not allow politicians and local beneficiaries to Skirt the question with "let me get back to you" if the facts are open for all to see it makes it easier to address the problem.
In Nassau County New York there is only one African-American male judge? The administrative judge. As the token of all tokens.
Stop telling us that Black Lives Matter and start showing us what really matters. Equal opportunity to jobs, wealth, pensions, and financial stability for our families. Especially if it is our tax dollars that are paying for these jobs.
Making this information public will allow us to push for equality in hiring in civil servant positions leading to more job opportunities and more equitable distribution of wealth especially being that this wealth is coming from the taxpayer dollars. Historically civil servant departments have used the psychological exam to disqualify African-Americans from obtaining jobs.
Let us all get to the root of the problem. Using the subjective "psychological exam" (that is more than likely performed by a white male) as the continued excuse to not hire African Americans and other minority classes must be checked!
We need to provide seamless access to the information. We need all underserved communities to be educated on the opportunities and the long-term financial benefit of having a government job. We need to have full and transparent access to the hiring protocol and we need to address the ridiculous disparities in hiring. We need to provide immediate access to the proper required education for these positions, the opportunities, and training for all. SUDTU will provide this information and access to education in the palm of your hand.
- Provide tools and opportunities for equitable access to jobs, credit, and generational wealth creation in communities of color.
This is a clear answer to the challenge is designed to specifically provide tools and opportunities for equitable access to jobs, credit, and generational wealth creation in communities of color throughout the US. Not only in Nassau County New York but throughout the US, we can immediately shine the spotlight on this totally historically inequitable system. This is a nationwide problem and our mobile applications is seamlessly scalable and can begin to address and fix the problem.
- Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea.
We selected this stage because we believe that working with the MIT community of mentors, partners, and funders from the very beginning would help us to provide the best result for our end product. Our goal is to produce the most effective platform to help combat taxpayer-funded, government-supported systematic racism.
We have identified our developer and are in the very beginning stages of creating a mobile platform that would allow anyone in the United States to simply enter their zip code And be given an immediate breakdown of the demographics of the people hired in that zip code's civil servant jobs. The civil servant job information should be and is public information. It is the tax-paying public who are mostly responsible for paying the salaries.
We would like early help with the creation of the educational component of the platform. This will include the creation of Gamification and challenges.
- A new business model or process that relies on technology to be successful
Giving people immediate access to this information allows citizens to challenge all of the fraudulent politicians screaming Black Lives Matter.
As an example, Laura Curran in Nassau County plays the Black Lives Matter card yet 95% of the civil servant jobs in Nassau County are given to one demographic.
Our application will call for an immediate change in the hiring practices of many municipalities. Therefore, helping to employ more people of color.
We will also provide a road map of available education and opportunities to help people qualify for these jobs.
Not only do I expect a change in the market I expect that for some strange reason that the powers that be will refuse to release the demographical information as the honest truth to this problem will be too hard for most people to believe. We will however cause a broader positive impact for others as we begin to shine a bright light on the absolutely ridiculous disparities.

It is for public consumption and it should be of interest to all Americans.
With the correct campaign, we can serve millions of Americans from the inner cities to the most rural areas of the country.
We will measure progress by the increase in diverse hiring. Our goal is to get to a minimum point of equal representation in civil jobs to that of the tax-paying base in the corresponding zip codes, county, cities, and state-wide.

3 full-time and 4 part-time as of now.
Our core team is made up of individuals from a diverse background of families who have navigated their way around extremely humble beginnings, systematic oppression, and basis targeting of race, sexual orientation, and gender discrimination.
I have identified Michelle Minguez to lead the campaign. She is a Harvard grad with a wealth of experience in building civic justice campaigns. Her knowledge and experience will help us to build an amazing nationwide campaign of awareness. She has experience from working in the White House to the 18X18 campaign. Her family comes from humble beginnings and she as well as her siblings have committed themselves to address the needs of the underserved communities.
Gavin Adams is currently completing his Ph.D. in education. He comes from an underserved community in both Manhattan and the Bronx New York. He has worked in the public school system his entire career and is dedicated to effecting change and creating opportunities for underserved communities.
I have years of experience in business development as well as working and recruiting young adults of all races into the Long Island University Higher Education Opportunity Program. I too am a product of New York Citys' public school, housing, and welfare programs. In addition to my Master's degree I have earned security licenses 7, 63, and 24 and have a history of investing, advising, and developing businesses for companies and high net worth individuals.
Our leadership team is the epitome of diversity and inclusion. Although we naturally welcome all people of all walks of life, we are currently made up of a Black, Latino, French, American, Male, and Female team.

We believe that with the help of SOLVE we can help millions of Americans in their pursuit of equitable access to jobs, education, and training for those jobs and provide a watchdog application that polices the fair opportunity to all civil servant jobs.
Our technology will create an Antiracist equitable future in the US as it pertains directly to education, the opportunity to jobs, and the historical hiring practices of all municipalities.
SOLVE can help us to shine a light on and begin to change the taxpayer-funded, government-regulated, historically racist systematic distribution of wealth in all civil servant jobs.

We are a solution that directly addresses the health and well-being of people in the US. We believe that there are direct correlations between the health of the people in the US to their income, jobs (with health insurance) as all government jobs provide, depression, stress, and access to good nutritional food.
We would use the prize to expand, marketing, promotions, awareness, and access to this information as well as the creation of the education platform in the form of "Gamifications". Allowing our audience to play their way into the understanding of income, government job opportunities, pensions, insurance, and more. We want to be a platform that is used nationwide from the flatlands to the inner cities.
If the government jobs were at a minimum equal in distribution to the demographics of the taxpayer bases we could begin to address the disparities in generational wealth as well providing access to proper medical care and health insurance.
How is it that our US government gives more good-paying jobs to members of families who have recently immigrated from Europe, with all of their ancestors in Europe yet we have scores of Indigenous people who are unemployed? So not only was the land that belonged to their ancestors taken, it was then taxed and the money from the tax on the stolen land is now being used to continuously create generational wealth in large part for only one demographic.

Our focus is to provide opportunities through education and information. We believe that we must integrate the teaching and understanding of generational wealth as early and often as possible. It is our goal to create educational gamification that is designed to teach the importance of financial responsibility beginning in the 6th grade. We need to expose the underserved communities to the opportunities for long-term stability that government jobs can provide. SUDTU not only aims to identify the problem we want to use education and information to help rectify the problem.
Most school systems have done away with vocational training. However, as a private company, we can educate, train and prepare and alert you when the opportunity of any and all government-funded jobs in your zip code presents themselves.
One of our core team members Gavin Adams is currently a teacher in the public school system and completing his PhD in education. It is our goal to create a curriculum around financial responsibility, how money and credit work as well as simplifying the needed information to test into any and all civil servant job.
Our goal is to bring education to the student in the fashion that they are comfortable learning. "A smartphone". Although we love and respect teachers and traditional education we must all agree that there is a disconnect between what is learned through traditional public education and access to public jobs. We aim to answer the question of why is that?

Our solution was created to focus on inclusion and economic opportunity in all communities across the US. Hopefully, we will scale internationally where needed.
We aim to focus on the historically disproportionate use of taxpayer dollars for the jobs that largely only benefit one demographic. SUDTU is designed to use digital platforms of a mobile application to bring immediate attention to these disparities. Then to work with the municipalities to rectify the problem through information, education, and opportunity.

Our technology will leverage data science and artificial intelligence to benefit humanity and amplify our impact.
We will count on data and AI to help track all measurable information regarding the demographics in the hiring and pay scale versus the demographics of the taxpayer base of every zip code.
Using AI to help bring attention to the historically inequitable hiring practices of municipalities nationwide will help to equally distribute job opportunities and access to wealth to underserved communities which is good for all of humanity.
