 Racism is a major problem we are dealing with every day in modern times. We need to go back in time to see what went wrong in history. Did we learn anything from our ugly past against each other? No. We have become ignorant about everything. Even technology did not help us at all and we became a rebel. Is this future of humanity?  We need to think a moment about who we are and what we say. Is any logic? 

Who are we? From where we have come from, this should not be any major issue to blind us.  The fact is we need each other and mutual respect is the key to get along with each other.

I am an advocate of peace and harmony for everyone. The race is not our problem. The problem is when we have racial profiling, and calling other races, with the color of their skin- color people. I am trying to make a change in our society to communicate with each other to exchange cultural values and benefits of learning rather than taking advantage of each other with mutual respect. 

We need to need to work together to solve a lot of issues in race relations.

My solution is the use technology to educate people.  Technology would be a medium to present and demonstrate our heritage. As a model society, we can create studies on how to make everyone participate in cultural activities, such preparation foods together, music activities, and participation. This includes Dance, music which brings closeness.

We need to have more cultural centers to share Arts in each community. Unfortunately, we are lacking. When was the last time you were in the museum?  I do not remember. 

Performing Art Centers are the Centers for promotions of Cultural, education of all races to participate to share.

I am interested in knowing how can I be using my help. First of all, trust and honesty are the key factors to achieve my goals and solutions.

Target community I would like to work on my neighbors, co-workers, and friends. So far I have achieved a connection with co-workers and gained mutual respect. 

In a larger scale, technology and networking is a good example to help each other to overcome the barriers.

This is a good question. First, we need to start as model studies to create this cultural center to understand What is Diversity. For me, it is not only Certain minorities. It is all about Everyone. We need to see each other as individuals, not as a race. These Model studies will solve the issues we have.

The politician is not advocating these Model studies. We need to make it a successful project to show the politician it will benefit of all us.   

I know My model Studies will work from small to large scale with technology. First having excellent communication skills to be able to reach everyone.

Second: Collaborations with others with a varied background.

Third: Openness to everybody's ideas and opinions in order to communicate.

Promote this idea by using technology, participation, and friendly gathering.

An innovative approach is key for facing Racism in our Society. We need all support we can get from all communities. Positive solutions are important to bring people together.

Let us get together and respect each other in a manner to understand our difference in race is not a major factor. We need to know who we are and where we are coming from. Some of us have experienced in a different way than others.

Racism is a touchy subject.   Everybody has it is own share of experience. We need to listen and understand what happened in past.

Are we ready for challenge to slove these issues and healing process to take place? We need to work in small scale of group and see the result.
