Despite the advancement of technology, disparities in access still exist for communities. Educational gaps, gender, socioeconomic status, and lack of resources are a few of the many factors that contribute to differences in technology equity. Our program has the power to fill this gap by creating resources for advancement in less-fortunate communities. Developing an all-in-one platform that supports interoperability, access to reliable resources will be transformative and empower communities to be active in decision making. We will solve this challenge by providing educational resources, creating software automation, and continuous coaching programs that will revolutionize lives. We are building world changers and in order to do that, we are feeding the intelligence of minds so others can create and dream big. 

We are seeking to exponentially increase awareness and incorporate technical resources that will solve technology gaps in under-served and less fortunate communities. About 80% of minorities are disqualified and unprepared for technical jobs in the United States. Between limited access to resources and education, this is impacting the community drastically which is causing most to remain behind.  JVISIONS is aiming to guide, educate, and supply software solutions that will move these communities technologically forward. We are baselining skills to fix this threshold by transmitting solutions with knowledge. 

We partner with technology companies to deliver quality software and educational resources. Our process works by gathering requirements and using these platforms to create solutions. With software, trainings, and digital tools offered, we provide comprehensive solutions so that each one can reach their full potential. We work alongside in every step because each area is necessary. We also have a work shop that enables individuals to build technical projects similarly to the real world. With our coaching program, we give others an opportunity to dream big and with that, we begin to create avenues to making that dream a reality. In our integration program, we show learners how to set up back end processes such as: databases, cyber security, and servers in real time. 

In our research, we have discovered that the lack of knowledge in technology has impacted the minority community globally.  Technology is growing at a rate of 70% which means that being inexperienced in this area will increase this depth.  We are making their issues our priority by making deposits. Below is our 4 step process on how we innovate:

1. Define Purpose. This initial step enables us to be strategic of determining how to meet the needs of the community. It gives us a cutting edge of sharpening the areas that are technologically weak. It introduces the availability to pivot towards a positive direction. 
2. Gather Requirements, Dependencies and Features. To begin the operation, this is how we impact and break barriers by eliminating the negative stigma of technology. The greatest threat to any challenge is being positively informed so we capitalize on this concept which vessels a transformative posture.
3. Depositing Tactical Information and Implement Solutions. JVISIONS provides group and 1:1 personalized training which will develop a deeper knowledge in the technology solution that best cares for the existing problem. We believe in a comprehensive-approach, so we solve for one area/issue at a time before moving to the next as we want the community to be made whole.
4. Engage Tracking System. Our database is connected between the moving parts of technology and to the community, this is how we continuously transmit solutions with knowledge to keep the feet moving in the right direction. 

We are creating platforms and solutions that will create opportunities for a decisive advantage.  Through education and developing software solutions, it is equipping individuals to receive opportunities to become world changers. This can only happen through wise leadership and proper trainings. We developed a platform that will not only help minorities become better candidates in the job market, but also teaching skillsets that will help them accelerate in the field of technology. Many organizations have transitioned to complete automation in software so we are using our unique gift to equip each individual with tools and knowledge as technology evolves.

We have several platforms and services we use to build applications for the community.  Our program onboard individuals with trainings and development processes that will allow them to go broad and deep in their own software sandboxes. This will allow individuals to gain real world experience through innovation. In our production environment, we have running applications that users utilize to access resources in one location. Our configuration pipeline allows them to embrace agile modern practices such as a test driven development to evolve top tier principles.

When addressing issues, it's important to identify the root cause. Revealing is healing and we model this principal to bring change to any issue. From identifying gaps to providing insight, we give the community a decisive advantage to succeed. Therefore, we capitalize by making resources available without limitations to help evolve minorities in technology.  This not only brings hope, but it opens the door for continuous integration. We are birthing new capabilities in individuals so that they can flourish. They have the opportunity to explore and innovate which will have a significant impact for job employment and designing automation which will give unlimited access to information and resources. We are building world class leaders by changing the learning algorithm by implementing breakthrough architectures. 

We are currently serving 10 learners for our initial hybrid phase. As of fall 2021, we are planning to onboard new learners to begin the engineering trainings. For 2022 launch, our goal is to have a larger hosting platform that will allow us to maintain the software components and give us access to more resources. Once we have an establish technique, we are planning to migrate from a hybrid approach to a 1:1 model at a facility. 

We have a measuring tracking system that reports a weekly status of our initiatives. The report is generated in our analyzation tool for us to do data analysis to see if we are on track.  This is where we create options by assessing the status of our goals. Then after, we make decisions from those options to make sure we aggressively target our desired outcome. Having this platform allows us to remain consistent and overcome obstacles.

Our team has a track record of using the software tools we are offering to the community. Within our team, one of our members has developed software solutions for the government and telecommunication partners. This created a significant impact to our team with this experience. Therefore, we are combining our experience to ensure quality services to spark change. Our software developer is highly skilled across technology and implementation. As a team, we are creating opportunities for others and on track for our upcoming goals. 

We are fostering a sense of belonging and welcoming others no matter the background. We are providing equal access to opportunities to meet shared objectives. Our core value is to build relationships by operating a sense of urgency to help others. This allows us to remain flexible and resilient which empowers us to think and act small by staying connected together. We are fueling the community with opportunities that will in return reap meaningful and unmatched advancement. 

We are seeking to exponentially increase awareness and incorporate the use of technology by introducing and creating software solutions that will solve technology gaps in our under-served and less-fortunate communities. If selected as the winner, the funding received from this prestigious organization would go to the development and creation of software automation, cyber security, educational resources, web design and implementation, and computer-based and classroom trainings. 

More specifically the funding would be used to support and advance the following 2021 initiatives:

1. Purchase necessary software to complete the IT projects
2. Hosting software and maintenance, licensing
3. Account setup, trainings, conferences

The overall goal is to create impact by changing the trajectory of technology and providing needed resources to the community.  This will provide a gateway for continuous success. We are aiming to create a platform that will allow individuals to innovate on a scale and create opportunities. By receiving support from solve will help us create software, integrate technology, and provide education trainings. 

We are seeking to partner with organizations that will help us with continuous integration of software. This includes version control, latest software, and cloud integration. Therefore, we are creating proposals and demos of our initial release and plan for constant integration. This will further help us with constant delivery and maintain educational resources. 

We are creating opportunities for less-fortunate communities by innovating software and technology. We are raising awareness to fix this gap by providing web development and implementation, educational resources, and software automation. This will provide a gateway of opportunities to the community for them to flourish and become technically stronger. This reward will go to the software creation, educational resources, and licensing. 

JVISIONS foster pathways to success for less-fortunate communities by offering the latest technical insights, technology capabilities and web services, such as website design, automation, security, software installation, and graphic data visualization. We find avenues to deliver, educate, and build solutions to move communities technologically-forward. This will strengthen and empower those in the STEM field to give a decisive advantage.
