The five “P”s of planning starts with the Purpose. Then it goes into an in-depth study of the Philosophy that governs the values of the whole society and the beneficiaries if it is advocacy. Then Presuppositions of the planners, i.e. what the planners assume as the most effective techniques that can be employed to achieve the above purpose, must be chosen. Policies of the organization would hint the planners on “do s & don’t s” so the planners can begin their Planning.

Here the purpose is to resolve the conflict between blacks and the whites. both groups are followers of Christian faith. I am proposing 10 fundamental values that both parties can agree upon.

With these values their attitudes are managed in a peaceful direction.

it is similar to;

What specific problem are you solving?

Humans, are by nature have a tendency to be violent. Then some school of thought surface to mitigate the damage. It is a chicken and egg situation, after so many generations. In the present US, who started it, blacks or the whites?. On the surface it looks as if present blacks so called coloured descend from Slaves. But was it US then.

It is immaterial how many got affected. But there are no victors from both sides.

Pro blacks and pro white racists are in high places. One wrote to Newyork Times that Dermatology Has a Problem With Skin Color! Common conditions often manifest differently on dark skin. Yet physicians are trained mostly to diagnose them on white skin.

But this keeps the fire below the ashes.

Our effort should be to put it out.

What is your solution?

The concept of 'peace' is defined and understood in various ways. Understanding peace as absence of violence is a limited vision. Peace encompasses happiness and harmony among living beings. In a wider understanding, peace is the nature and goal of every sentient being. Being peaceful is living in friendship with oneself and with every creature. Peace is indivisible but peril anywhere can be a threat to peace everywhere. Buddhism envisions peace as inner state of mental tranquility which spreads outward. Attaining a state of inner peace could be an inspiration to all. Jesus attained inner peace by the practice of meditation, which inspired him to work for world peace. In most of his teachings, even Buddha has emphasized that the practice of vipassanā uproots mental defilements, which are, according to him, the causes of suffering and restlessness. Once a person overcomes suffering, he realizes inner peace. Inner peace projects itself outward, towards the family, friends and the larger society. This ensures peace and harmony in the outer world. Thus, world peace can be achieved through inner peace.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

the opposites of 10 fundamental values show the anti social flaws. Which are closer to our lives than the saint like qualities.

If we look at the present foreign policy of recent US, and China former use military power to be supreme and latter lend money so that countries with resources become indebted to them. US use Democracy as a benchmark of peace but only 51% majority is needed to say yes to the rulers opinion. 49% live in disagreement. As a result democracy lead rule is somewhat misleading as well. The US stated that the intent was to remove "a regime that developed and used weapons of mass destruction, that harbored and supported terrorists, committed outrageous human rights abuses, and defied the just demands of the United Nations and the world."[1] For the invasion of Iraq the rationale was "the United States relied on the authority of UN Security Council Resolutions 678 and 687 to use all necessary means to compel Iraq to comply with its international obligations". But no evidence of mass destruction weapons were found, after the destruction. US has more mass Destruction weapons than Iraq had. Why do US act like the Policeman?

Selfishness

At 18, young think you have to be independent and leave your parents. Parents also kick their children out of the house when they turn 18. This is the American selfish way, be it black or white.

We Asians are different in values. In general my responsibility is to protect your right. Though this is not very western. Western way is fight for your right.

Asian attitude on failure is well focused on success for fathers' dedication.

Most economists are committed to some version of egoism. After distinguishing among the various sorts of egoistic claims, I cite the empirical literature against psychological egoism and show that attempts to account for this data make these economists' previous empirical claims tautological. Moreover, the assumption of egoism has undesirable consequences, especially for students; if people believe that others behave egoistically, they are more likely to behave egoistically themselves. As an alternative to egoism I recommend the commitment model of Robert Frank. The equivalent of egoism at the organizational level is that business firms seek (should seek) to maximize profits. I present arguments to show that a conscious attempt by managers to maximize profits is likely to fail. A committed altruism is more likely to raise profits. I suggest that a firm should take as its primary purpose providing meaningful work for employees.

So as a solution following strategy is proposed.

First you must look the solution in a value neutral point for both communities. What is good for one party may not good for the others.

The neutral point would be telling of a story about some other parties in a different setting and in a different time but with a strong relatable message. example would be about how japan got pardoned due to San Francisco speech of JR Jayawardene in 1951. If you clearly observe his storyline is about not about war but about uniting Asian nations.

I propose this same story being related using social media over a period of one year. this will be a huge communication exercise.

Transformational Self Leadership TV Reality Show!

1. Activities – Transformation From Ordinary to extra ordinary
a. Many are ordinary and wow the extra ordinary. But if the ordinary embraced with the 10 values mentioned then they can be extra ordinary too. For example this activity will trigger participant’s latent desire to write a book, invent something, compose a song, do a home improvement, sit the examination, start a venture, etc. etc.
b. Game Show Activities will be comprised with following features
i. Verbal-Linguistic Intelligence: Well-developed verbal skills and sensitivity to the sounds, meanings and rhythms of words.
ii. Mathematical-Logical Intelligence: The ability to think conceptually and
abstractly, and the capacity to discern logical or numerical patterns.
iii. Musical Intelligence: The ability to produce and appreciate rhythm, pitch and timbre.
iv. Visual-Spatial Intelligence: The capacity to think in images and pictures, to visualize accurately and abstractly.
v. Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence: The ability to control one's body movements and to handle objects skillfully.
vi. Interpersonal Intelligence: The capacity to detect and respond appropriately to the moods, motivations and desires of others.
vii. Intrapersonal Intelligence: The capacity to be self-aware and in tune with inner feelings, values, beliefs and thinking processes.
viii. Naturalist Intelligence: The ability to recognize and categorize plants, animals and other objects in nature.
ix. Existential Intelligence: The sensitivity and capacity to tackle deep questions about human existence, such as the meaning of life, why we die and how we got here.

2. Cost of The grand prize per season, prizes at each round, any other prize for a specific category will be by official sponsor of the game show.

3. Audition- participants will have to go through an audition, screen test etc. as quality control measure.

4. 2 Hosts- Have a thorough knowledge about 10 values to promote it. Their responsibility is to maintain the interest of the studio audience.

5. 4 Judges- Have a thorough knowledge about 10 values to evaluate it. These positions will be filled by celebrities, industry experts, and opinion leaders.

6. Studio Audience- to be in the studio audience to witness shooting, pre qualification to be in the audience is to be an owner/Player of the Ditte’ board game;

a. As strategic planners of an organization a vision, then a mission and shared values are synthesized. It should be the same for a country or region like SAARC, Europe, north America or the entire world.
b. So here what I propose is to introduce shared values (a self discipline) based on 10 Fundamental Qualities of leadership among the stake holders of entire activity including the studio and TV audiences.

9. Knowledge about Multiple Intelligences- this show about education about managing and motivating and getting results ethically.

10. Criticisms – Can you force upon values ? the answer is that all players of the game show must abide by the rules and anybody who does not agree to the rules can opt not to participate as a participant or member of the studio or TV audience.

Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea.

Explain why you selected this stage of development for your solution.

Majority of people have no opinion of their own. One random sample states;

I would rather have no opinion than to agree to something I am not sure about. The situation can always be viewed from many many perspectives and I can’t just pick one. It has caused me numerous problems, but I just do not care enough I guess.

I just say “I don’t know” or “I have no knowledge about this” or “I’m not sure what to think about this.”

Having an opinion is overrated - or is it? I don’t know and I do not really have an opinion on that and I do not even want to have one.

I tend to not have any opinions, rather than pretending and copying opinions of others.

But I think that you meant people who think that they have the opinion, but they just copied it from somewhere else.

I guess it is easier for some people to have an opinion that is widely accepted, rather than some that they would have to fight for.
