JUDICIA
A year after the death of George Floyd, racism remains firmly established in the United States. Only education can make a difference. JUDICIA is the mobile application which revolutionizes the learning of equality and the fight against racial discrimination through play. With JUDICIA, play defending your rights and make a difference.
A May 21, 2021 Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll found that for 6 in 10 Americans, racism is still considered an "extremely" or "very" important problem. This terrible observation is shared by 84% of African Americans living in the United States, more than half of whom (54%) believe that the attention of the media and the public has not changed anything. 22% of them even believe that police violence against African Americans has only worsened. "Racism is a founding component of American society," said Kyle T. Mays, a specialist in African American and Native American studies at the University of California.
At the same time, 2019 survey by the Institute for Citizens &
Scholars found that six out of ten Americans could not pass the
citizenship test. And according to CBS ( January 19, 2021), «most Americans don’t know what is in the Constitution» which constitutes a real "crisis of civic education".
JUDICIA is the powerful tool which makes it possible to overturn this foundation by offering every American citizen, especially African American, the perfect knowledge of their rights. JUDICIA effectively fights against structural and institutionalized racism, by using gamification mechanisms. JUDICIA makes it possible to identify the responsibilities of the perpetrators of racist acts, to initiate remedies against their perpetrators and to obtain redress for the victims.
JUDICIA is 4 law firms each comprising 4 collaborators each specialized in a field of human activity: human rights, work, contract, labor, criminal ... who compete around proposals that must respond truthfully or false. Each correct answer advances the lawyer competent in the field in question through one bar. The firm which first manages to place its 4 lawyers on the highest bar wins the game. The firm which has won the most games wins the JUDICIA trophy, the scales, symbol of justice in the United States.
JUDICIA includes several levels, allows you to play against other opponents in a network or to train alone against ADVOCATOR, the formidable bot of JUDICIA.
JUDICIA uses games, the pleasure it provides, the emulation it creates and the best gamification processes from the world of video games to allow easy, fast and lasting learning of the rules of law. JUDICIA increases the implication and achieves the performances necessary for an effective knowledge of the law by each of the users.
JUDICIA is aimed at all those who need to have a good knowledge of their rights and in particular visible minorities or not, targets of discrimination. JUDICIA is aimed at pupils, students, employees, business leaders, civil servants. JUDICIA is also aimed at unions, associations, churches ...
Badly or poorly informed, citizens are not in a position to have their rights respected and involuntarily give way to discrimination of all kinds. Aware of their rights, better equipped to face the administration, the police, the employer, the landlord, the merchant etc ... they are better able to integrate into American society and evolve with serenity and success.
- Actively minimize human and algorithmic biases, particularly in healthcare, education, and workplace settings.
JUDICIA provides an innovative technological tool to each and everyone, regardless of their community, gender, and state of wealth, in order to have equal access to knowledge of their rights, duties and the law. JUDICIA helps to combat prejudice and racism by anchoring the idea that the Human rights apply to all and must be respected. JUDICIA is a catalyst for civic engagement. Network play and pairagogy allow to enrich each other and to abolish the boundaries between people for equality.

Law is usually considered a technical matter, arid and difficult to access. The learning of this area by the game that JUDICIA allows opposes to the solitary and laborious work the joy of learning by playing. Through the entry into new technologies, JUDICIA promotes commitment, perseverance and to surpass oneself. Learning is no longer done in front of a book in a library or behind its desk, but everywhere, all the time, on any medium, alone or in a network. Pairagogie allows you to share your knowledge, help each other and enrich each other.

The number of our users is confidential information that we do not disclose.
Our current growth rate is 30%.
We want to continue this trend over the next five years.
For USA specially, systemic racism is most prevalent in the South of United States because of the past slavery.
Among these states, Georgia stands out as the progressist leader as its 6 largest cities are ran by Democrats. We believe that this market is the readiest for JUDICIA as the population is young and aware of social issues, and because the Atlanta metropolis is one of the most influential source of the African American pop culture.
JUDICIA’s objective is to be fully operating in Georgia by the beginning of next year, and also plans to be operating in the neighbor Florida and North Carolina by the end of 2022.
81% of African-Americans consider that racism is a major problem in the United States or 12.7% of the American population (330,252,859 inhabitants (2020)) or almost 34 million people. We expect to reach out to all these people in the next five years. The problem of racism in the United States can no longer wait.
We measure our progress towards our impact targets using the ratio indicated by the application for each user and their attendance scores.

All members of our team can present their ideas that are not judged by what they are but by their relevance. We integrated two handicapped, a dyslexic and a school phobic. Within the team, three skin colors are represented, all ages, sexes.
We all carry the ideals of equality, respect for human dignity, inclusiveness, sustainable development, societal responsibility, respect for diversity, benevolence and autonomy. These values are reflected in JUDICIA whose raison d'être is to make the right accessible to all for a more just and respectful world of difference.

The U.S. market is a challenge for us. It is very different from what we
know in Europe by the size of the population, the territory and the
culture marked by the slavery past and the current discriminations. We
need support to develop our penetration and development strategy.
The development of the application requires significant funding. The search
for investors is necessary if we want to reach all segments of the
population, including the poorest. Otherwise, JUDICIA will remain a
technological tool in the hands of the wealthiest.
Contracts, terms of use and sale must be adapted to US law and require legal support.
To promote the application and build relationships with communities, we need to be present in the media and have the support of powerful influential groups.
