Advanced CNC Technology for Vocational Training Schools
In Africa there is a luck of industrial training in school. CNC & 3D printing training should be in Schools.
1. Problem:
Poor Industrial Production Training: In many African Countries, such as SADC regions, there is more import of products from China, than those made local. local hand made products will never be better than those imported due to poor quality, and fail to meet standards. luck of knowledge in high institutes and Vocational Training is the main problems to meet our students on the advanced level as the rest of the world.
2. Solution:
The best solution is to bring advanced technology to our Vocational training schools, since those are school much focus on training students for production at technical level, though no Complicated engineering designing skills should be involved. Our small SME Company ; named Extreme-Tech Investment.cc had been doing research on best Technology to assist our young graduated student, on creating job and self-employment. and we found out that Computer Numerical Controlled and 3D printing training will help them to design and produce quality products within the context of their knowledge level. We have designed and made quality prototype CNC machines for a beginner's level but good enough for training purpose and was appreciated by a lot of young students who got passion with quality production processing and add value to their products.
3. How will our solution changes the world?
This will allows are young graduated to created job for themselves, if they can produce products that are better or at same quality level like those imported from china, because its a big challenge in our society people to support local products if there is better one being imported. more economy growth, and more job creation will be seen in African regions too. everything will looks better to improve our Technology and improve Art and craft as well as fit and turn at vocational training school. though they may not need deep engineering designing Technology.

A process of solving Challenges
CNC had been exist in industrial countries and its widely used in many areas of productions, its just not popular in African schools, and amber the quality of education to produce best student that will be fit for industrial employment level or self-employment.
none of VTC offering those advance coursed of industrial production in Namibia. and its will be of great innovation to design and manufacture CNCs that are easy to use by students to enable them to enter industrial world.
CNCs are the most useful advanced machines used in varous industrial areas for mass production, simply the and ensure quality of productions, by maintaining precision in production area, so with our DIY prototyped CNC milling, they were made in such a way to be easily used my any mechanical student at vocational training level, since no complex of work to human interface. this will allow them to prototype their work and so innovative school products, which can give them credit for industrial employment.
To at least Manufacture certain number of CNCs and train our interested individuals, mostly students and teach them various technich on how to process or produce quality productions with this Technology. Targeting 50 machines and training over 100s students at least.
At fifth year from now we are targeting to have best industrial training institute to prepare our young graduates for the industrial job, there we want to trains over 5000 students and teach them advanced course at world level. we will help them to create job at home and produce quality products from wood, metal, plastic and recyclable materials for the bes of our environments too. aim is to make them manufacture good things that can competitive with imported Chinese products too for they will able to keep job for themselves.

We will make use of social media like facebook, to keep advertising, and inform our young people about the benefit of using robotic equipment for their productions, media and also making meetings in the community to educated them to support local products with have equivalent values as those imported
So far we only serve individuals designing and production art and craft production, engineering complicated parts, especially reverse engineering of certain part of their automotive, or any goods which they can get as spare parts. this makes them happy as we bring solutions, we train and educate on electronic, and mechanical of how to design CNC and 3D printers for prototyping their ideas.
As the number of machines increasing and customers interest grow with our service delivery, we intent to be the best training institute in the Namibia and abroad too. targeting 2000 trainee in a short period of time and help them create jobs for themselves

Mechanical Engineering skill, Electronic engineering design skill, Electrical engineering skill the compilation is necessary for CNC design and building, and entrepreneurship skill of how to convert those into business concept that works for the business to sustain and help others
The design an productions need certain low materials and most of money is currently generated by two CNCs I currently have build, this giving hopes that there will be a great and fast growing by keeping serving and training people on this technology, everything is going well so far, though I am only one playing a big roll in all part of the business as others are not yet fully expert and though they are supporting financially where its necessary. should there be a chance to get funds to grow us, we will buy our own land and expand our project of building CNCs for our local Vocational Schools.
Because I need financial assistance to growth the project,
I believe SOLVE will help, should I be eligible to get their assistance in order to help our community develop to a better manufacturing level.
Ability to get a land to operate, in Namibia land is very expensive. the other challenges is transporting vehicle to deliver the products to the clients, and bring the raw materials to the workshop, currently I am operating at home. Money will be using to buy land and vehicle and law material and training equipments.
