Global Youth Relief Fund Programme
Global/Regional Youth Relief and Support Solution for Regional Youth Forums all over the world deserve a well structured and coordinated Relief and support initiative that will empower National Youth Councils, established guided by their government's National Council Policies. We will be addressing the current communication barriers in terms of retrieving feedback from regional youth groups based on their current experience during the Pandemic. Other future global visions of the project will be to also create a transparent platform that will ensure that all communication is directly viewed by decision makers at national level and provide real-time data collection of current situations at regional youth forums.
It will also create a path for employment for the upcoming youth to have a n official platform to air their concerns and gain ideas on how to improve their current situation.
The programme shall focus on establishing an official not for profit integrated system through the Global Intra-App.
The Intra-App will host all regional youth forums online that are affiliated to their respective and recognized National Youth Councils around the world and it will ensure that the provision of all gathered feedback to be directed to the various directors responsible for development and funding of youth affairs at National level for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
The Intra-Youth app will also ensure that any youth group with a programme that requires attention or support is recorded and subsequently attended to.
Covid-19 related support can now be directly provided to the affected through this audited application rather than through the various unreliable channels. The programme will be transparent in the support or funding processes of submitted youth projects.
Many youth complain that ; "if you do not know someone in high positions your chances of getting support are close to zero if nothing at all".
The GYRF programme (Global Intra-Youth App) will be collecting data that will provide a clear picture as to;
(1) What needs to be solved at regional youth level.
(2) Which (global regional youth group) is suffering from a particular problem.
(3) Provide On-time/prioritized Support and Solutions that will be based on the queries submitted.
(4). Promote feedback forums to donor agencies , in order to solve problems directly.

Stakeholders on the system will be prompted to actively attend to youth related problems, in other words it will enhance the monitoring and evaluation processes of youth development initiatives and add value to the overall INTERNATIONAL YOUTH AUDIT SYSTEM in place, based on the clear understanding of budgets allocated to various regional youth project in general.
3. The solution aims to also accommodate Globally/ Regional Youth Groups and they will be motivated to share the relief experience to the world, especially because they will know that management is able to view their concerns officially rather than just on facebook and whatsapp or other social media platforms.
4. The solution will be a platform to obtain data for research and enable them to understand effective monitoring and evaluation processes.
5. The solution will empower registered bonafide youth organizations during the pandemic with academic advise and employment opportunities.
- Provide tools and opportunities for equitable access to jobs, credit, and generational wealth creation in communities of color.

1. Our unemployment rate is at43 percent, the solution will employ 14 Regional youth coordinators to work with the system.
2. Regional youth forums have a communication problem when it comes to the submitting of their project s for evaluation, the solution will provide an official platform that will enable effective real time feedback from regional offices to the National office.
3. Youth groups affiliated with regional forums are lacking income generation support systems, this solution will fund Income Generating and employment group projects that will be submitted via this platform.
- Prototype: A venture or organization building and testing its product, service, or business model.

As a young man if 33 years old I am sure that even Mr. Robert Wood Johnson would know that. When you give a man of that age an opportunity to Reach for the Stars, he will surely not waist it. " Like many other applicants I am sure that we often just apply for the sake of submitting an idea but deep down in hour hearts we have a question that remains to say "Why do they think I am not if I have made it this far to CLICK submit") I feel that when idea is SIMPLE it's simply one of the best, but when a SIMPLE idea gets no funding, then the future of such an idea begins to crumble again while it was Standing, hoping for the next round to come or to start.
Who gets to give it all; infect no body is able to finish the submitting like I did, nor did i get to finish theirs they way they did. I m just saying that an opportunity that is made available its better to SUBMIT then never.
I communicate in an efficient way with less demographics deliberately done for purposes of security for intellectual property to management of my conceptual idea and solution. My idea will work and it will change the World some day because of the various techniques that I will be putting in place for management operations.
