GreenSmooth
There are 3 main problems we are committed to solving. First is the consumers. WHO recommends that adults should consume at least 400 grams of fruits and vegetables per day, but most of us do not meet the recommendation. The second is farmers. Many Farmers in Thailand and other countries have been experiencing unfair prices from the middleman, and have been using chemical substances in farming which lead to huge negative impacts on their health. The last one is our planet. Practicing conventional farming which uses lots of chemical substances creates severe negative impacts on our environment and the planet.
GreenSmooth exists not only to make people healthy but also to help local farmers and conserve the environment concurrently. Our product will solve those problems by reinforcing regenerative agriculture, supporting local farmers, and providing consumers with healthy 200 grams (50% of WHO recommendation) organic smoothies sold by 24/7 vending machines.

-There are three main problems we are solving. First is the consumers. WHO recommends that adults should consume at least 400 grams of fruits and vegetables per day, but most of us do not meet the recommendation. This leads to NCDs which kill 41 million people each year. More than 74.1% of the Thai population does not meet the fruits and vegetable intake recommendation. This problem also happens at the global level as well.
-Second is farmers. Many Farmers in Thailand and other countries have been experiencing unfair prices from the middleman, and have been using chemical substances in farming which lead to huge negative impacts on their health. Thailand Development Research Institute (2015) stated that the number of farmers in Thailand who are in debt has increased over the last 20 years.
-The last stakeholder we consider is our planet. Practicing conventional farming which uses lots of chemical substances creates severe negative impacts on our environment and the planet. It results in soil degradation and other degradation of natural resources. For example, soil degradation has been occurring in more than 50% of the agricultural areas of Thailand (LDD 2012).
GreenSmooth exists not only to make people healthy but also to help local farmers and improve the environment at the same time. Our product called GreenSmooth, which is a smoothie made from local organic vegetables and seasonal fruits from local farmers sold by automatic vending machines, will solve those problems by providing consumers with healthy 200 grams (50% of WHO recommendation) organic smoothie sold by 24/7 vending machine in many locations. We can sustainably tackle problems of farmers, consumers, and the environment with the potential to scale up globally.
Currently, we have 20 farmer households in our network who are our mains supply of organic produce.
We have successfully developed a healthy organic smoothie with 200 grams of organic local seasonal fruits and vegetables combined in one cup. Currently, We are developing an automatic vending machine that can blend our smoothies freshly when the customer makes an order. With our innovative vending machine, we can minimize the cost, control the quality of our product, and make sure that customers can access healthy drinks anywhere and anytime.

First, the consumers. WHO recommends that people should consume at least 400g. of fruits and vegetables per day in order to help prevent Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) which are the main cause of death globally. However, only a few of us meet the recommendation. This is one of the main causes why we have Diabetes, cancer, etc.
Healthy diets are expensive and not accessible to everyone. Nowadays many people live a fast-paced lifestyle. They are looking for fast and convenient healthy food at a reasonable price.
GreenSmooth is the answer. We provide reasonable price organic smoothies with 200 grams of organic fruits and vegetables combined (50% of WHO recommendation) and we will sell them through automatic vending machines which can operate 24/7 with many locations to access and convenient buying process. Currently, we've sold more than 1,000 cups of smoothie to more than 500 customers. We aim to sell our smoothie to more than 30 million people by 2030.
The second is farmers. Many farmers are using lots of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which are harmful to their health and the environment. Moreover, they also received an unfair price from the middle man when they sell their produce. With us, we provide them the knowledge and training about organic farming and buy organic produce from them at a fair price. In this way, we will have more organic farming areas instead of conventional farming areas. Farmers will also have better health and well-being as they have more income and use no chemical substances. Currently, we have 20 farmer families in our network in Thailand and we aim to partner with more than 2,000 farmer families by 2030. Our impact also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which are goals number 3). Good Health and Well-being and 12). Responsible consumption for People. Goal 8). Decent work and economic growth.
The last one is our planet. Since we aim to expand our organic farmer network to be corresponding with our scale, we would increase the land used for organic farming in Thailand by 2,000 acres or 1.4% in total. This not only means that we have more fruits and vegetables for our supply, but it also ensures the quality of soil and water and preserves biodiversity in many areas all over the country.
-Our impact also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which are goals number 14). Life below water and 15). Life on land for the Planet.
- Create scalable economic opportunities for local communities, including fishing, timber, tourism, and regenerative agriculture, that are aligned with thriving and biodiverse ecosystems
We are now connecting with 20 families of local organic farmers in the central area of Thailand. Each of them approximately owns 4 acres of land for organic farming. With GreenSmooth and its growth, we anticipate that by 2026 we would be able to connect with at least 500 families of organic farmers around Thailand. This number includes those who may already practice organic farming and those who later on convert. We realize that organic farming is effortful. Therefore, we promote fair trade by offering our farmers reasonable prices than the market or middleman. When farmers grow their plants, usually they do it with other family members. Having a reasonable and sufficient income would also result in a better quality of life for their families and their children’s education.
For the environment, since we aim to expand our organic farmer network to be corresponding with our scale, we would increase the land used for organic farming in Thailand by 2,000 acres or 1.4% in total. This not only means that we have more fruits and vegetables for our supply, but it also ensures the quality of soil and water and preserves biodiversity in many areas all over the country.
- Prototype: A venture or organization building and testing its product, service, or business model.
Currently, we have partnered with 20 farmer families in Nakhon Pathom province and Supan Buri province in Thailand. We are buying organic produce from them and make it to our smoothies. We also help them sell fresh produce such as fruits, vegetables, and eggs.
We have developed our smoothie with the nutritionist and test it with real customers. The result and feedback were great. Most of the customers love the taste and texture of our smoothie. Currently, we are working on the research and development of the vending machine.

- A new business model or process that relies on technology to be successful
GreenSmooth is an organic smoothie made from organic local vegetables and seasonal fruits. It offers high nutrients, vitamins, and fibers to ensure that
customers would have good health. With great feedback and insights from our customers, we aim to explore the new distribution channel of GreenSmooth by creating an automatic smoothie vending machine. With the automatic machine, we could ensure that our customers can access the healthy drink 24/7. We can reduce human errors by using technology to control the quality of our smoothies. For example, we will use IoT (Internet of Things) to track the shelf life of our vegetables and fruits, control the temperature of the ingredients, and collect insightful data from customers. Moreover, selling GreenSmooth through automatic smoothie machines gives us the potential to scale up exponentially.
Our business is unique because we do not only focus on profit but also social impact. Sustainability is core to our business as we stated that we want to help solve three main problems seriously. With our solution, we can sustainably solve those three main problems at the same time while sustaining our business. Also, our innovative smoothie vending machine is one of the very first agritech/deeptech innovations in Thailand.

Our idea started from Nipitpon who is our team leader and sustainable agriculture expert. He's been working on his own organic farm since 2016 and has been working with local farmers since 2019. After he saw problems in the agricultural field, he foresaw a business that can sustain itself while creating social impacts at the same time. After that, he created an organic farmer network and came up with innovative ideas to start a venture. Then, he formed a team that consisted of people who are passionate about social problems and want to make this world a better place by creating social impacts through sustainable business. He founded Rambler, an enterprise that helps local farmers, make organic produce more accessible to people while protecting the environment at the same time.

One of our main goals is to encourage regenerative agriculture. Therefore, we want farmers to share their knowledge and experience with other farmers who do not know how to practice regenerative agriculture. With the ServiceNow platform, we can easily gather all the knowledge and data from our farmer network, store them, and share them with others in order to make it more accessible all across the globe.
