Prevention Of Mother To Child Transaction Of HIV (PMTCT) is the project aimed at reducing the number of children born with HIV Among positive couple.

Free distribution of Mama Kits to HIV positive pregnant mother's coupled with Home Based Care and Counseling (HBCC). will strengthen adhreance to treatment.

1-High prevalence of HIV and AIDS among the rural Young women in the village.

2-High level of stigma and discrimination of the HIV and AIDS positive young woman by their husbands.

3-High level of poverty among the Young mother's infected with HIV in the community.

Distribution of Free Mama's kits to the HIV positive pregnant mother's and strengthening the Home Based Care and Counseling will increase the number of mother's on Prevention of Mother To Child Transaction Of HIV(PMTCT).

1-HIV and AIDS positive pregnant mother's enrolled in the Health Facilities for Prevention of Mother To Child Transaction Of HIV (PMTCT).

Strengthen the Health worker and System for effective and efficient delivery of HIV and AIDS and Covid-19 service delivery in the community.

1-Distribution of f Free Mama Kits to HIV positive pregnant mother's will be done in partnership with the existing Government Health Facilities of Kalaki District ..They are -Otuboi ,Anyara,Apapai, Kalaki,Bululu,Kakure,Ochelakur,Ogwolo Health Facilities at level three and level two. and Lwala Hospital

1- Building partnership and Networking and collaboration with the Government Health Facilities involved in PMTCT program.

2- Integration of the organization activities in the on going health projects like immunization and ART clinics.

3-Using the Village Health Team (VHTS) in the mobilisation and sensitization of the beneficiaries.

1-Currently we are serving a total of 56 mother's in 6 health facilities in Kalaki District.

2- Target for the next one to give years is 456 mother and 456 husbands and 985 immediate family members.

1- Totall number of health facilities involved in the Distribution of Mama Kits project .

2- Tota number of HIV and AIDS positive pregnant mother's enrolled in the project.

3-Totoal number of Mama Kits distributed to mother's enrolled in the project.

4-Total number of new born Infants who are testing negative to HIV virus.

5-Totol number of health workers participating in the Distribution of Mama Kits.

6- Total number of home Based Care and Counseling sessions conducted.

7-Total number of family members of the beneficiaries counselled on positive living.
