Prevention Of Mother To Child Transaction Of HIV (PMTCT) is the project aimed at reducing the number of children born with HIV Among positive couple.
Free distribution of Mama Kits to HIV positive pregnant mother's coupled with Home Based Care and Counseling (HBCC). will strengthen adhreance to treatment.
1-High prevalence of HIV and AIDS among the rural Young women in the village.
2-High level of stigma and discrimination of the HIV and AIDS positive young woman by their husbands.
3-High level of poverty among the Young mother's infected with HIV in the community.
Distribution of Free Mama's kits to the HIV positive pregnant mother's and strengthening the Home Based Care and Counseling will increase the number of mother's on Prevention of Mother To Child Transaction Of HIV(PMTCT).

1-Distribution of f Free Mama Kits to HIV positive pregnant mother's will be done in partnership with the existing Government Health Facilities of Kalaki District ..They are -Otuboi ,Anyara,Apapai, Kalaki,Bululu,Kakure,Ochelakur,Ogwolo Health Facilities at level three and level two. and Lwala Hospital
