Sensegrass developed the soil intelligence system through a patented NPK sensor+AI Agronomist which gathers real-time micro soil data and measures fertilizers from the soil to predict the right usage of water & fertilizers for an improved crop.

One Year Plan- Our Plan to expand our reach in 50+ Villages in 7 states of India with 21000 Farmers with the help of our local Partners.
Five Year Plan- A Target to reach 200 Villages in India with a 50000 farmers outreach and next 4-5 years.

Dr Lalit Gautam- Full Time. Lalit has a degree in pharmaceutical Medicine (Pharm Doc) with an MBA in International marketing and entrepreneurship with over 10 years of startup experience. Forbes 30 Under 30 for Technology Manufacturing and also a finalist of Social entrepreneurship. Lalit has One exit as well.
Rahul Gundala- Full-time Rahul Gundala working full-time at Sensegrass as CPO has completed masters in product development from the University of Maryland Recently & a Bachelors's from IIT-D in CS. He has 11 international papers in Siggraph, IEEE, HCVI among others in the fields of robotics, computer graphics & design principles.

Sensegrass provides a digital learning platform for non-tech-savvy farmers in developing communities. The most common problem in the rural communities is not the availability of the technology but how to adapt and use them and how to make inclusive communities of rural development that use such technologies. We are on a mission to create an inclusive community for digital farmers those doing small farming in nations and controls the automation of their own farmers without any dependency. Our solution is free for farmers and we make them self-sustainable to use the solution to make their own decision making and see the results. We have made the User experience for these beneficiaries so easy and effective that help them to learn in few hours. We have impacted around 10K Farmers so far mostly women and girls.

In rural India, the percentage of women who depend on agriculture for their livelihood is as high as 84%. Women make up about 33% of cultivators and about 47% percent of agricultural laborers.Nearly 75% of the full-time workers on Indian farms are women, according to the international humanitarian group OXFAM. Female farmers produce 60% to 80% of the South Asian country's food. It may be surprising for others like a developed country where the number of males is high in an industry like agriculture. These women work hard for entire years and most of them during pregnancy or even carry small kids as well. So the decision-making of getting a high yield, using seeds and fertilizers, etc are key decisions completely in hands of these female leaders of the family. Our solution is made for them to make decisions more effectively to make sure get high profitability for the family farm. Around 65% total people we impacted are females.
