In developing countries such in Sub-Saharan counties as well as in many other countries in Asia, education expansion, quality of education and training, strength of the relevance of education and training vis-a-vis the labor market is still at low level and this education still lacks the inclusion of the 21st century skills. 

Technology (ICT) in education can be used to achieve the aforementionedgoals  as well as addressing the key challenges which include quality, equity, relevance and efficiency management which will results to tangible advantages which can be measured and predicted using numerous and different technologies such as big data analytics and machine learning, cognitive computing, artificial intelligence, Etc.

With use of ICT, the proposed technology will leverage the gap to the access of quality education, cost-effective and trigger access to the World class educational tools and resources, for knowledge creation and deepening to push out the boundaries of education. 

SMARTEdu will improve quality, increase access, enhance diversity of learning methods, materials bu including new categories of learners and building capacity of all involved in providing education. 

There is many and different similar solutions on the market but what makes the proposed solution unique and innovative, it is customized to meet the targeted group of users needs and capabilities including the social-economic means and their location by empowering their facilitators and inform them with the right content and skills to deliver with regard to the user and the market through analytics. 

The proposed solution will be Web, mobile (USSD, Smart) technological oriented by using technologies such cloud, big data analytics and machine learning. 

Our solution's goals over the next 12 months are to expand it and use it to  empower children, adolescent, women and men to build their capacity through job creation. 

Our solution will be an online based solution from one country to its near by boarder country, is the strategy will be using affect the lives of more people. 

This will be through "One Digital Identity Per User" and we also opt for Smart classrooms / centers and Smart mobile educational buses in the future.

We are a team of graduate IT persons who have  different ICT skills  especially in Software design and development, Network, Hardware, etc and in  additional to this we are working in education sector, teaching, training and facilitating students in different IT related domains.

We are applying because we want to be challenged and we want to learn from the organized challenge.

With Solve, we believe even if we can not win but it will be one way of pointing out some of the challenges and opportunities developing countries are facing and in the long run, there may be someone out who may help in solving such challenges to our communities. 

Key barriers are also what we are addressing through this challenge which knowledge and access to different technologies, another barrier is the resistance to change and of course access to ICT infrastructure such as Internet connectivity, electricity, etc..

By winning the challenge and being mentored and advised, Solve will help us to leverage the gap and mitigate some of the barriers.
