It is planned to hold a fair of projects of non-profit organizations, support the development of mutual assistance and self-help systems, and help people rely on the results they plan to achieve to improve their quality of life. It is planned that 10 short-term projects of organizations. they will act as defenders of those categories of the population that are at a disadvantage, but gradually create a new layer of democracy, where the needs and aspirations of people at the lowest rung of the social ladder will be able to find expression.

My work in The regional youth social movement "Volunteers of Rostov is related to the establishment of a dialogue between the government and the youth of the Rostov region. This dialogue touches on many socially important issues, and their solution is the business of non-profit organizations. RIPM "volunteers Rostov", devote himself to the protection of the rights and empowerment of youth. Our work is carried out in a social way (with the participation of mass media and social networks) and covers the following areas: youth employment, protection of rights in labor and property disputes, financial awareness in obtaining credit, organization of sports grounds and events, creation of zones for the realization of talents, promotion and strengthening of volunteer values, such as improving the quality of life, progress of civil society and expanding dialogue with the authorities.

The project will help

1. use social media more actively to spread leadership development and control public opinion. I'm going to increase the number of volunteers from 300 to 1,000;

5. give interviews to mass media with the prospect of expanding volunteer activities in Russia and around the world.
