What specific problem are you solving?

Technology can't only about solving problems , there must be something that inspires us. LADestate is about innovation and the second step for the business around the world. We are moving from advertising mood to transactional mood.

What is your solution?

The Solution in simple words, two access :

individual access : Create profile, Update your details, Activate an automated dashboard, start sharing your projects.
Developer access : Create a company, create projects, assign the projects to individuals across the globe, paper work automation, and money transfer online.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

The technology us for people who works in the real estate business, it's a trillion dollars industry. Real estate business is almost half of our lives, you either looking for a property to buy/rent, you are looking to sell a property, or following the news and have a dream to move somewhere.

According to the national association regulator there is more than +10 million real estate agents registered, and we know there is almost triple this number from unregulated market, and unregistered individuals.

We have been working in the industry for the last 5 years, we live with them, meeting them, we know their pain, and we see how the next decade must look like.

Create scalable economic opportunities for local communities, including fishing, timber, tourism, and regenerative agriculture, that are aligned with thriving and biodiverse ecosystems

The innovation here is to enable the all individual who works in real estate business to function across the globe, automate all the transactions, bridge the gap between developers and agents through a mobile app.

Everyone has an app can literally work across the globe. This an opportunity to build a globe eco system in the business and considering everyone into the business, make the most out of the data usage.

The beta version is live for agent, we have created the prototype for developers, and individuals, we are in touch with a number of fin tech companies in the region to help the acceleration of our progress, or we may create our own soultion.

We have the beta version is live on the store across the globe. That being said, our focus is mainly Dubai now.

We have a round 70 Consumers across the globe that has been registered, but if we have more resources, i promise a phenomenal growth.

We are at the pilot stage which is fall into the investment mandate.
We solve multiple challenges real estate, eco system in a major economic sector, and requires advanced technology at some point along the way ( AI )
