The project focuses economic development of identifying and implementing the most promising strategies through ecosystem resilient development by community biodiversity conservation, climate change adaptation and environmental ecosystem services and management,  for improving effective natural resources and entrepreneurial development system. The importance strategy is to build community capacity as a prerequisite for the establishment of an effective environmental ecosystem through biodiversity conservation to ensure transformational natural resources business for communities and their entrepreneurs for economic development.

  To establish five main conservation challenges;

• The threat to water resource availability
• The decline in water quality
• Soil erosion and wetland degradation
• Ecosystem forest destruction and Green House Gas Emissions
• Entrepreneur  ecosystem natural resources economic development

The ecosystem degradation  and  economy difficulties in general has a negative attitude towards entrepreneurship development, this generates cultural and social poverty, lack of  financial and business assistance, and networking that will benefit encourage and facilitate potential and existing entrepreneurs.Due to prevailing poverty in the community people environmental ecosystem such degrading forest trees for fire wood and charcoal, degrading land for sand and gravel weening, they engage in hunting by burning bush-fires and destroying soil fertility as well as useful wildlife animals. Lack of Water quality; Poorly managed waste water treatment works, industrial effluent and agricultural run-off; High nutrient levels resulting in eutrophication; Pollution from mining and industry; and High levels of salinity and heavy metal pollution.

The Steering Committee and stakeholders are identified the highest priority water-related and farm lands conservation challenges in the Northern region farming communities. Whilst issues pertaining to soil erosion and wetland degradation as well as the deforestation ecosystem and green house gas emissions were acknowledged as being significant. The areas below were identified as the highest priority challenges for the conservation:
The Project solution is ecosystem services  and entrepreneurial development that focuses on increasing the supply of technical assistance, biodiversity conservation education, water quality, Climate change adaptation, advisory services to ensure effective ecosystem resilient, and make capital available to entrepreneurship development.The solution is planned to use ecosystem natural resources as alternative business development for people especial women and disable to ensure socioeconomic and entrepreneurs  development in the community.

The solution will serve poor community people such as women, disables and the other vulnerable people in the Northern Region of Ghana, lack of ecosystem through degradation deforestation, water pollution, green house gas emissions  and economic inscrutability are  most important factors that affect success and economic development in the Northern part of Ghana.  The role of local community in entrepreneurial ecosystem has been regarded through investments in local community, as one of corporate, socially responsible investment strategies through ecosystem natural resources  that will impact the community economically. The investment in local community implies direct investment in poor local communities through the provision of banking services (e.g. the loans for SMEs), as well as the investment in education and healthcare. Local community economic improvement is brought into focus, causing the improvements in the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem to which the community itself belongs.

The solution is Socially Responsible of community people  participation in biodiversity conservation for sustaining  green ecosystem to ensure natural resources improvement such as fertile land and increase  agriculture production, agribusiness economic development ensure ethical investment that includes financial return and social responsibility and  contribute to social changes. The project solution of Socially Responsible of community people  will concentrate on ecosystem conservation and economic development for community people through their effective solution participation. Its wider meaning also includes the investments in local community and the shareholders commitment. The solution will establish Corporations that can positively impact local community and natural environment

The solution is Socially Responsible of community people  participation in biodiversity conservation for sustaining  green ecosystem to ensure natural resources improvement such as fertile land  and other natural resources to increase agriculture production, majority of the community people are farmers and due to ecosystem destruction agricultural activity is not doing well, when ecosystem conserved  agribusiness economic will develop and ensure ethical investment that includes financial return and social responsibility and  contribute to entrepreneurial economic development . The project solution of Socially  Responsible of community people  will concentrate on ecosystem conservation that will support community economic development  through effective solution participation. Its wider meaning also includes the investments in local community and the shareholders commitment in ecosystem conservation. The  solution will establish ecosystem conservation Corporations that can positively impact local community participation and improve natural ecosystem environment.

Through feasibility study we examine the status of the conservation issues in the Norther region ecosystem, to understand whether there are current activities in place to address them, whether there have been or are studies being conducted in terms of addressing them, and to identify possible mitigation conservation projects that may be suitable for northern region to take on. In this process, existing feasibility studies results will be used in consultations with various sector role-players.

The solution of ecosystem and natural resources will have  potential to be mutually supportive and transformational for communities and their entrepreneurs. It will ensure a  field-based learning, primarily in Northern Region Ecosystem, to develop the conceptual underpinnings for an approach to creating entrepreneurial communities that builds: (1) the capacity of the community to host and support an entrepreneurial ecosystem and (2) the capacity of entrepreneurs to grow themselves and their businesses in support of community economic development.

Currently the solution is serving 1500 people, by one year the solution will serve 3000 people, by five years the solution will serve 7500 people.

 Entering new markets; responsibility investors are investing in the business and new market retailers and whole sellers are patronizing the solution products. The beneficiaries has learnt and acquired knowledge and expertise in ecosystem conservation and use natural resources to develop business economic venture for income and  Human needs.

The Representatives of District Forestry and natural resources, District Unit of Agriculture extension and conservation staff of the organization are experience technical personnel  who will take this solution assessment, they indicated  assurance of input materials and equipment as well as maintaining high assurances of supply for strategic natural resources entrepreneur economic development. The organization Advanced technologies partnership team have experiences the ideas about business methods implementation, and the idea of entrepreneurial ecosystem that helps the solution project operating within the ecosystem to adjust faster to the changes in business environment. Being part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem technology experience certainly implies the stimulation of innovation project design, technological improvement and competition on the market.

Building the systemic approach:The significant approach is ecosystem resilient  economic impact of entrepreneurship that  indicates growing awareness of the importance of entrepreneur-focused economic development. From the perspective of community economic development, technical practitioners and policy makers are established to design the managerial aspect of solution; such as  staff committee is formed for monitoring activities of solution, administration staff responsible for office work, ecosystem conservation workers are employed and monitoring staff responsible for recording field projects activities for identifying the right implementing the most effective strategies to support entrepreneurs that focused economic development for the community people.
