InfinityFresh turns potential agrifood waste into highly nutritional ingredients. Maximizes farmers' incomes, reduces waste and provide food security.

If scaled globally, we would disrupt the existing supply chain in the food industry by bringing processing to the farm, producing shelf stable ingredients (do not require refrigeration and have a shelf life of over 5 years), minimizing waste at the farm and reducing carbon emissions dramatically.

What specific problem are you solving?

we are creating a sustainable ecosystem where we maximize agricultural yields but also create traceability and transparency in the food system. We reduce carbon emissions and build strong ecosystems.

What is your solution?

we are building a mobile unit that will process fresh fruits and vegetables at the farm or packing house and turn it into highly nutritional food ingredient.

We are also building a marketplace to help the grower sell the ingredients to food manufacturers.

Our system will have traceability and blockchain certificate embedded and will generate carbon credits based on our unique processing technology.

InfinityFresh provides an automated solution for processing fresh fruits and vegetables. This means that farmers in any country, with minimal resources can turn their yield that would otherwise go to waste into highly nutritional ingredients that can then be sold globally given their long shelf life and lack of cooling storage requirement.
