COCO Studios
Co-Co is a digital learning environment designed by community for their community* to Co-learn, to innovate and to Co-evolve!
Today's educators need to be continuous learners in order to enrich themselves and in order to design learning environments that promote innovative thinking among young minds. Inspiring educators to learn continuously and to enrich their practices is a challenge.
I propose COCO studios as a solution.
These learning environments (digital studio based) are expandable based on the community’s expectations, participants, needs, available funds, resources and so on. For example, a community can also decide to have their studio in a building, while another could decide to have a mobile bus/truck as their studio. But these extensions would be made based on their needs which would be captured in their digital collaboration. Instead of competing, community in this context would share their resources to provide the best learning environment for their educators and students. Co-Co teams (Students, teachers and other community representatives*) would be using a design thinking approach (created by MIT) to frame problem statements and to solve problems. This is the link that details about MIT’s design thinking framework. https://www.edx.org/course/design-thinking-for-leading-and-learning
I think that COCO studios would become a part of a community as it would enrich the young students in the community building a strong community in all aspects. Educators need not worry about not being an expert, instead move forward with a zeal to learn and to facilitate learning among their students.

- Supportive ecosystems for educators
COCO studios is a digital learning environment to promote innovation. The purpose driven coming together of educators and community representatives with different backgrounds, needs and experiences makes it innovative.
COCO studio is a process to promote collaboration between educators and other community professionals to define, think, discuss and arrive at innovative solutions.
COCO studios are digital learning environments for educators across the world to improve their facilitating practices. Technology is the connecting factor of COCO studios. COCO cohorts are formed within communities. These cohorts would have representatives from IT professionals, business firms, retired personnel who are interested in giving back to the community. The main percentage of the cohort would be educators. These COCO cohorts meet digitally on a continual basis to discuss and to improve educational practices that can range from a classroom to a school.
To design a digital COCO Studio
To pilot test a COCO Cohort
To gauge the impact of COCO cohort's on educator practices and on student learning.

This is a community driven model. Communities come together to empower their educators and in turn would empower their young children. So there will be a drive to run these studios.
As an educator, I have seen many educators having immense potential. I have learnt from my peers many times and I have always been learning through school visits and through discussion with other educators. Every educator has their own strength and weaknesses. Today's educators need to be learning consistently in order to help the students think in new ways. COCO studios will be a good platform for educators to do this. Solve itself would be a promoting tool for such innovative ideas. When things come from Solve it creates a sense of authenticity.
To get educators on board would be a key barrier. Piloting with a COCO team and showcasing its work would be something that would motivate many educators and communities. Solve's help would be very useful to pilot run this idea.
