Solution To Solve Challenges Facing Our Education And Educat

Education is the medium through which we can advance in technology and knowledge so it must be made perfect.

My solution aims at solving issues arising from the material that are taught in our schools. As a Ghanaian student and reading about other countries, I have come to know that most of the things we learn in High Schools and the Universities are irrelevant. The saddest of it all, it is those things that are irrelevant that our educators lays much emphasis on. It is sad that University graduates can not do anything for themselves due to poor and irrelevant things they were taught. For a better future and for a better human resource, our education systems should be restructured. The things that are irrelevant to our lives must be taken out of the syllabus. Educators should listen to opinions from students because at the end, they are the ones who face challenges. The mode of transmission must also change. Students should be allowed to use technological tools which will aid them in their studies. Again, due to the difference in education systems, a student from one country finds it difficult to adapt to the system of education in other countries, so there must be a standard for education systems in every country across the world. In addition, the educators must be practical oriented and must be more geared toward the practical aspects of the courses rather than the theoretical part because it is the practical aspect that students require in the world of work. There must be in-service training for educators during vacations so that they can always stay updated on new ways of teaching and doing things and they must be checked and accessed on regular basis to see those who are not going according to the standards set for teaching. My solution will change the world for better because any advancement in technology or artificial knowledge will depend on those who are trained today, so if we the best education we will end up making the world a better place some years to come. I strongly believe my solution to solve this global challenge will be given consideration.

This Solution is innovative because it addresses the issues in our education systems, how educators and teachers teach. It will also help produce more productive and practical oriented graduates who can bring innovative ideas to make the world a better place in years ahead. Again, my solution is innovative because it will give educators all over the world to have a common mode of teaching.

The use of technological tools like phones, computers, scientific calculators are part of my solution and it will aid students in accessing information from any part of the world. Teachers and Educators can also use these tools when teaching. This can help educators have network to share ideas.

I'm an expecting that my solution will take effect in the next 12 months. Ann also my goal is to see a change in our education systems in the next 12 months.

When my solution is given consideration, I'm expecting that in the next 3-5, our education systems would be made better and more productive graduates produced. When we change our education systems for the better and train our educators well, a large number of people will become productive and practical oriented in the world of work over time.

I will make provisions in the newspapers, on the internet and social media. On other occasions I will visits to broadcast my solution.

It is a new idea I want to establish.

In the next 12 months, I want to serve over 200 million people across the world and in 3 years I want to be serving over 900 million people. The population I want to serve is educators and students. I want to see these effects as soon as I start this project and I'm expecting this result because I believe it is a good idea so people will have interest in it and will be willing to change.

I have good organing skills, I have a fair influential skills to which I believe will help me succeed. 

I'm applying because I have realised the school system currently is not helping us so my solution will address will challenge. Solve can advance this work by helping to find and also to help implement it.

The key barriers is finance because I'm still a student. If solve fund this project, it will be established.
